Bajaj Finance — Bad customer care services | |||
I purchased ac with bajaj finserv loan and after few days bajaj executive called me and asked to issue ac insurance which bajaj will cover for 2 years after warranty expires. Ac warranty is for 5 years[protected] but bajaj provided me policy for[protected] even i policy issuer person know my actual warranty period. So i raised a mail to customer service along with document but they don't responded to me after i escalate to next level to grevi* (Don't remember full id) they also not respond and after that i escalate to customer head they also not responded. I don't understand this behavior may be they are busy to make customer fool. Was this information helpful? | |||

I Have purchased extend warranty for my sony mobile which was purchased around six months back with bajaj emi card loan and so please confirm that extend warranty is confirmed I have got extend warranty offer from finserve account
