Dear sirs,

I m hkshah having account in khatodra surat branch.
I made one bank gaurentee in 2013 and time is already over but unfortunately original gaurentee is misplaced but tenure is over, when i request to manager to redeposit in account than he made excuses.
The system is totally worst and that is reason why govt banks are backward compare to pvt banks. Staff is totaly lazy and off dated.
So i want to close my account immediately because we have no time to do hard excersice in bank as there are lot of options.

    I am an nri person and trying to open a nro/nri bank account with the bank of baroda torna branch in dist-kheda. I visited this branch on the dec 2018 to open a nro/nri account. I completed all the requested paperwork and provided all the requested documents required to open this nro/nri account.
    I completed all the processing at that time but when i come back india in april 2019. They have’t open my nri account and ask me to submit the document again. Not behaving properly and not providing a proper checklist for the documents. And the staff suggested me to open an nri account in a private bank.

      सर मेरा एकाउंट नो-[protected] है ओर मेरा आपके बैंक में चालू खाता है मैन जब भी आपके बैंक में जाता हूं तो मुझे बताया जाता है कि हम 10000 रुपया तक बैंक में जमा नही करते ह यदि 10000 रुपया से ज्यादा जमा करवाओगे तो ही हम तो जमा करेंगे । जिसके कारण मुझे यह पेर बैंक के 1 कियोस्क पर पैसा जमा करना पड़ता ह लेकिन ये कियोस्क पेर सुबह का पैसा साम तक जमा नही होता जिसके कारण हमको बहुत परेशानी होती ह । आज 29/06/2019/ को मेरे इस खाते में 10000 रुपया जमा करवाया जो कि अभी रात को 8.35 तक भी जमा नही किये मैन फ़ोन किया तो बोल रहा ह की सर्वर डाउन ह सर मुझे इस से बहुत परेशानी हो रही ह सो या तो आप कोई इसका समाधान कर या फिर मेरे कहते को बंद करने की कृपा करें मुझे ऐसे बैंक के साथ कोई लेनदेन नही करना ह धन्यवाद।

        Dear sir, es account pe humne 500rs jama kiya tha lekin 400rs hi jama kiya gaya bank wale bolte hai ki 100rs charge lagta hai. Pahle to kabhi nahi lagta tha charge account open karane ka kab se lagne laga. Jo koi bhi account open karata hai sabse 100rs charge lete hai yaha ke or jab bhi paise nikalne ho ya jama karne ho tab bhi paise kat liye jate hai. Jab humne bola ki paise kyu kate to bolte hai ki charge hai humne bola uske liye to aapko commission milta hai to bolte hai tum jyada jante ho 400rs hi jama hoga 500rs nahi. Sir please help me aise me to har garib lut jayega aise logo se..

          Dear sir/madam on 22 april 2019, 25000 was withdrawn from my account by an unknown person using an atm. The money was not withdrawn by me and i have my debit card when the transactions have happened. Account no. [protected] the atm id where the money was withdrawn is 00dlod9526 the last three transactions in the attached statement was not done by me. Kindly look at this fraud transactions and help me out. Ashish gupta [protected] [protected].

          Now two months are gone and the bank won't refund my money. Branch manager always said that refund takes time when i visit the branch. I already submitted my documents and proof of fraud transactions but it got rejected by the insurance company because the claim form sent by the manager was in old format and then the manager sent the documents in the new format by himself. Then after 1-month manager gave the same reply that it takes some time. It's been two months and still, i won't receive my money. Kindly help me out.

            I am an overseas citizen of india who has been trying to open a nro bank account with the bank of baroda, santoshpur branch in kolkata. I visited this branch on the 01st of june 2019 to open a nro account. I completed all the requested paperwork and provided all the requested documents required to open this account. I even deposited rs 5000 as an opening amount.

            I was told that it normally takes 5 - 7 days to open such an account. My father who has been a heart patient and been advised by the doctor to limit his travel visited the santoshpur branch on the 12th june 2019 only to be told that the paperwork has been sent to mumbai for processing. Upon enquiring why it is taking so long he was informed that they there is some link or software issues due to which the account was still not open. He again visited the branch on the 19th june 2019 to be told the same thing as the account was still not open. As this has been overdue he has unhappy and requested that the account be opened immediately or provide him with an explanation as to what the issue is. He spoke to the branch manager (Mr k sardar) who promised him that the account will be opened by the 22nd june, unfortunately this was not to be. He again went on the 22nd and spoke to mr sardar who promised to open the account in 30 mins, he even promised my father that upon opening the account he will call and confirm. My father received no call that day and went again the following day and told mr sardar that this is not acceptable on his part or on part of the bank. My father was not happy and wanted to complain to which mr sardar smiled and said "go ahead". Is this how a branch manager meant to treat his customers? If an account can be opened in 30 minutes why was this 30 mins not taken on the 01st of june to open the account, we feel harassed and get a negative impression of such a manager and the bank as a whole.

            How can a nro account take so long to be opened for such a major indian bank, noting we were advised 5 - 7 days initially. I have visited other banks to find out the procedure to open such accounts and each of the banks mentioned it takes 2 - 3 days. There are multiple banks in india and the only reason for opening an account with bank of baroda is due to the fact that my father is an ex employee. He spent 30 + years working for this financial institution only to receive such pathetic service. I dont think i would ever recommend bank of baroda to anyone.

            I would like to make an official complaint against mr sardar, branch manager, santoshpur branch and would like to know what steps will be taken so that no other client receives such appalling service

              Hello,
              I ordered a book on amazon which was named 'agni ki udaan' and i made my payment by bob debit card. But, due to some of the reasons i didn't get the product and it was sent back to the seller.

              I already applied for the refund on 15th may, the refund had been initiated on 19th may.

              I hope it will sort out as soon as possible.

                    तो मेरा आपसे ये अनुरोध हे की आप मेरी शिकायत पर ध्यान दे और जल्द से जल्द ही इसका समाधन करे।

                          मैं महराज बक्श सिंह (बचत खाता सं० [protected]) जिसका खाता आपकी मोहनगंज, रायबरेली शाखा में है प्रार्थी ने दिनांक 10 अप्रैल 2019 को आर्मी कैंटीन (Prcr/commandant amc/lucknow) से घरेलु सामान की खरीदारी की थी जिसका मूल्य 3456.00 था, आर्मी कैंटीन से ख़रीदे गये सामान का भुगतान प्रार्थी ने अपने बैंक ऑफ़ बडौदा के डेबिट कार्ड ([protected]) के माध्यम से किया लेकिन तकनीकी समस्या के चलते लेन-देन सफल नही हुआ, तत्पश्चात पुनः भुगतान करने पर लेन-देन सफल हो गया लेकिन असफल हुए लेन-देन का पैसा भी कट गया जिसकी कंप्लेंन टोलफ्री नंबर[protected] पर दर्ज की गयी जिसका कंप्लेंन नंबर 1324603 है लेकिन 45 दिन इंतज़ार करने पर उन्होंने बोला की आपका दोनों लेन-देन सफल हुआ है अब आप शाखा के जरिये अपनी समस्या दर्ज करवाइये जिससे चार्ज बैक के जरिये आपका लेन-देन की जांच की जा सके। कृपया इस समस्या का समाधान करवा दीजिये

                            We are operating our CC account in BOB from last 20 years. We have firm named Dinesh Ayurvedic Store in Bundi (Raj.). I want to start Net Banking of our firm account and I have applied for it 15 days before. But they always says it will start within a week. I asked them it is not started yet but they don't give any response only says it will start just wait. If it will not start now we will close our firm account and shift to another bank.

                              I ordered a product from Amazon on 23rd June 2019. I paid 5000 rs through DC. Later some personal reason I have to cancel that product. The refund is initiated by Amazon but i am not getting it yet. They gave me The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 210501. Please look on it the refund amount is 4000. They said it'll take maximum 4 days but still I'm not getting refund

                                ऐसे कोई भी बैंक मैनेजर किसी भी खातेदार के साथ मे ऐसा व्यवहार नही कर सकता।

                                  This is to inform the very bad behaviour of bank manager of bank of baroda, branch: pallimukku, ernakulam.. The behaviour of the manager is very bad towards customers.. He treats us as a burden when we aproach with a complaint.. Today i have gone through such an experience... He thinks that the bank is from his family... He need to improve much more in his behaviour... A single person of a firm can destroy the good name of that firm...

                                    Hi,

                                    My wife is 6 months pregnant with little complexity. She recently got a transfer order and she submitted a transfer hold request along with medical certificate. Her branch manager also agreed and send his representation to hrm and dgm. Initially they said okay and warned her that she has to go to another zone after maternity and we agreed for it. But no suddenly they called and forcing us to take ml right now or go to the new location.

                                    Are they really following f. No.4/9/1/2014-ir? At least under humanitarian grounds they should excuse my wife but they are behaving like dictators. We don't even have support from our parents as they are too old and i am working it professional.

                                    How can she stay alone there in this advanced pregnancy? Is the bank really worry about women safety and especially when she is pregnant or recently became a mother? The answer to it is obviously no. This time they transferred lot of women who recently gave birth and not sparing pregnant women too. I advice her to resign but she studied hard and get that job.

                                      13 june 2019 from my debit card rs 501.40 deduct twice via paytm because i were booking railway tickets but due to some technical reason the ticket not booked and paytm customer care told that the amount will be refunded and from their side the amount is refunded but in my bank account the amount is not yet credit so please credit it soon.

                                        On 25th june 2019, i went to bank to deposited 17000 rs and after that i asking for passbook print to anupsing sir because from last 6 months bank not printing my passbook 8 times. So i told him that every time you are not printing my passbook and only one reason is given by him so he told that "i will not give you print in future and you don't have any option and if you want to complaint against me so do it"
