i am a custmer of bank of baroda sunel branch dist jhalawar and i am a business man in this bank person and emloyee behavour is not good and talk to every custmer with bad language so i want to close my current and all faimly mamber saving account from bank of baroda beacuse group d worker is not permananet but he is very bad launguage and when custmer ask any advise so he talk to bad laungauge with him so pl;ease give me a best suggestion for this problem and when i am going to bank today pand ask with him to a advise so he use bad laungauge and other pramnent employye is say to group d worker that one fir make for this custmer in police station so i requested to bank of baroda that i am normal merchant of asian paint ltd with turn over 50lakh -60 lakh in bank of baroda

    I have using (Previously vijaya bank) your credit card since 2018 march to 2019 may. But my credit card account details are not shown in my cibil report. My savings account number is [protected]. My pan number is abdph5672f. The account is in saibarkatte branch. I wrote to cibil about the same and they have asked me to contact the bank which i have done several times without any remedy.     My complaint was registered on 10 July 2019. I still have not received any reply from your side. I have been using (Previously vijaya bank) your credit card since 2018 march to 2019 may.     I have transferred the 1000 rs . The transectipn got failed but amount of 1000 deducted from my account.

      Iss bank ka manager aur kam karne wale bhi bhut jada harami hai...
      6 months se mera number change nhi kiya...
      Aur manager to bat bhi nhi sunta hai hai bhaga deta hai sala...

        Refund of 1078 rs is refunded from redbus on 29june2019. But it is not showing in my amazon account. Amazon has given me refund reference no. When i call customer care they are unable to resolve my problem.

          While placing an order on Amazon in Apr 2019, my payment was declined after a day stating "hard decline from bank". The amount was around ₹1600. I contacted Amazon and they told me that issue is from bank side. After that I have been contacting bank time and again with no response. They told me to raise an online complaint which I did, but the response says that the refund was transferred in my account in Mar itself, though I did transaction in April. With several visits at the branch, they told me I would get a refund on 3rd June but no sign of refund even till now. This has happened several times earlier while making my payments at Uber. After following up several times, due to residing in different city and job commitments, I am bound to loose following up with the bank and eventually loose money.

              I had booked a ticket from Paytm app on 01/06/2019 which got cancelled on the very same day due to some issue and I got message from Paytm regarding the payment refund on the that day itself but when I crosschecked it with my bank account after some days the money wasn't credited to my account . I contacted Paytm customer care no Several times and even visited bank for the same and Paytm customer care told me that the payment was already made successful from their side the same day but bank has not confirmed it yet. I even contacted the management team of Paytm and had series of mail exchanges concerning the complaint lodged with Paytm then I asked them to provide me the transaction ID for the payment processed and they even provided me that and had also asked me to file a official complaint with bank with chargeback form

                Dear team,

                Today i have visited bank of baroda panjagutta branch at 3:10 pm for exchange of soiled note the cashier in the branch says that the head cashier is on leave and says to come tomorrow for exchange when the same was enquired with the branch manager he asked to go to next in charge of branch and get it exchange it but i got same answer and moreover she says that the cashier who is sitting in the counter is not a regular cashier will exchange the note tomorrow once our head cashier comes and they give me free advice that i can exchange this note at any of nearest branch when again i went to the branch manager and told him about what their staff respone he questions me whether i am the customer of this bank and he also says the same answer to come tomorrow.
                I just want to ask the bank of baroda if any of the official from rbi visits your branch for exchange of the note would you give the same answer to thim and their is a particular circular available in rbi site that any person even if he is your bank customer are any bank it is the bank responsibility to change the soiled note and moreover the branch staff has be given proper training on exchange of soiled and mutilated notes the branch is lying on only one cashier that as it is his only responsibility and he is the person who will decide whether to change the note or not.
                I request the bank to take this issue seriously on all the branch staff including the branch manager and request you to give proper training and also on how to give proper response to the customers and i am expecting proper explanation in writing from the bank for the bad experience which i have faced today.

                I will be going to address the issue to rbi for the bad experience which i have faced today on further your response.

                                05/07/2019 morning 08:30am i was trying to take amount (Rs:2500) in atm. While transaction due to powercut the atm machine was stopped. But i did not receive amount but the amount was detucted. I want refunding of my amount quickly. It was not having the proper power backup. Please refund my amount. This was not a proper work like this many atm is stealing the amount.
