Its been 13days i have filed a complain. I got this message ""dear customer, we are in the process of resolving your grievance with reference number 1647756. Kindly bear with us. Regards bank of baroda" and you have not refunded me my money yet. I think you are just resolving your npa issue from customers money. Refund me my money as soon as possible.

    Dear sir/madam,

    In subject to the above, i have a home loan account with Bank of baroda-bhutadizampa branch since 2010.
    I had already paid up to 650000/- against loan amount of 595000/- for period of 20years.
    I early request to pl. Contact to branch for my account dis-handling about no principal amounts credited in my account between 23/6/2011 to 22/03/2017(i.e.69 installment). I had a complain about for the same in writing to branch and also regional branch time to time.., but still no immediate action by authorities.(last complaint was in December 2018, and latest in June 2019)

    I kindly request you to please look into this matter and contact branch for solving this problem. So, my account shows clearly.

    No valuable response from your side. Just same reply only that complain forwarded so and so department... But nothing action..
    What kind of action taken regarding my complaint???
    There is a nothing... This platform is working seriously or not.. No any reply /answers again my complaint.. Till waiting from last 6-8 months..
    What's going on???
    This platform is a really for complaints...???? Isn't it..??
    No status about earlier complaint??
    If this platform is working seriously??? Or just time pass!!!

      I had accepted the loan amount of rs 165000/- from bank of baroda, durgachak branch on 23/02/17 against fixed deposit account no [protected], 1552, 3326. Due to unavoidable circumstances i intend to repay the whole loan amount with the premature amount of my above mentioned fixed deposit and the bank official advised me that some amount will be exceeded after repayment of the whole loan amount. Accordingly i prayed for repayment of loan . After repayment of loan it has come to my notice that not only excess amount is deposited but also a vast amount is deducted from my respective sb account.
      So you are requested to take appropriate step to its proper redress pl.

        Pls refund the transaction amount, which is refunded successfully by amazon dated 19.july.2019.

        The refund reference number (athorization code) is 194604.

        Pls do the needful as soon as as possible.

        The refund amount is ₹492 by amazon.

        Kindly follow the path back to payment processor to locate the refund, in case its needed or do the needeful to get back my money on time.

          Sir i have purchased a bluetooth wirless of rs278 from amazon site.
          There was disputed in my product after that i have cancel that product.
          From amazon side they iniated my money in my bank of baroda account on 9th july.
          But still i havnt got my refund.
          I have call them and ask about my refund.
          Amazon customer care told me that they have iniated my money in my account and give me reference no[protected].
          From bank side they didnt give any info regarding my money.
          Kindly refund my money and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                The amazon refund my amount of 13720 for reference number[protected] on 19/07/2019 but the a amount is not credit in my account plz solve it immediately right now the bank said they didn't get any refund status by amazon or etc i wanna my money back do it fast or otherwise i take serious action against on this plaza refund will iniciate do it early

                  On dated[protected], i tried to order for cycle pressure pump on amazon.com, but without confirmation of order, i received the debit message for rs 201 from bob. The details of transaction are given as follows:

                      But it gave me error currently unavailable to dispense the amount but my account was deducted with 900.
                      The transaction was made on 29th may 2019.

                      Money is still not refunded into my account.

                          My balance is refund by amazon company but bank of baroda not send my money. Then amazon company initiate my refund at 16 jul and give a reference number which is[protected]. The amazon company send a gmail and give instructions to contact your bank so i contact in our bank and take knowledge about my refund then bank of baroda not satisfied me.

                                    Refund initiated by amazon but not paid by bank of baroda, worst consumer service of bank of baroda as they are not giving the money back from customers, no one is answering my questions at customer care service, bob is responsible for the update and they should probably provide me with the details and information regarding the concern of their own customer, we are not expecting this inconveniences caused by the bank of baroda

                                      Amazon has initiated my refund on 8th june 2019 and the amount should have been reflected in my bank account till 14th june 2019. But till now the amount has not been reflected in my account. I visited the bank of the same concern but it was not resolved from their end.

                                        I ordered a bluetooth speaker from amazon and after the poor performance i returned it. The product was received by amazon on 11th july abd after counting 5 working business days it has to be 18 july. I still have a pending refund from amazon india it is to be credited till 18 but it has not. They are saying that they have initiated refund and they mailed me the reference id which is i'm sharing with you so please help me out with this
