I have got refund of rs613 on 21st jan 2019 but i have not recieved that amount till now. When i called customer care and my branch then they are saying we do not have your money and they are not helping me. Amazon provided me reference number but bank of is not even checking that reference number please help me. I have attached screenshot of my amazon reference number.     Refund has been granted from thier side on 19-01-19 but still it is not reflecting in my account. And Amazon is saying please contact bank and bank customer care is saying we dont have any knowledge of such transaction and I am stuck between both.

      I cancel my order in amazon, amazon had refund intiated on 22/jan/2019 but bank say there are no refund had gave, but amazon get a reference no[protected] but bank would not have any information, i pay through bhim upi amazon confirm my. Amaunt was successfully reflect in my account, and gave reference number, but my amount doesn't credited in my account.

          I had ordered an item on amazon but i didn't like it so i returned this parcel... The parcel was of rs.1999... When i returned this parcel... I didn't get my refund... And when i say this to amazon then they say that you will have to give the reference no. To the bank... But bank is saying that we can't take this reference no. So i had complained you... About this issue so i want my money... Pllzzzzz

            Its being 60 days still my voided transaction amount is not reversed back to me, jusi saying its not in suspense account

            for every thing they need 30 days time
            in begining they asked to wait 30 days
            then after 30 days now again asking to wait 30days

            its not a small amount its 26500
            transacted on 10th dec 2018
            still bank is failing to trace out were the amount is

            such a poor banking system ever in the world

            such a worst customer service,

            none has the data nor the bank nor the mswipe

            frikked of following and talking to un-professsional

            bank ask to contact mswipe

            mswipe ask to contact bank as they never received the amount as the tranaction was voided next min

            none takes initiative to solve this problem

            passed 1 month then finally said they wont have any details

                I have relocated my home loan to bank of baroda from other bank. The home loan has the offer of free credit card lifetime. I also received the credit card from bob as an offer. But they are now charging annually on this free card. It has no pre condition like that i have to pay minimum of some amount then only the annual charges will be waived off but now they add a clause of spending 70k to waive off annual charges. I told them i don't asked and want for any paid credit card. I already have two credit card which are lifetime free.

                In this way they added a credit card to the customer by false promise of free lifetime. They are also not responding to my query.

                I asked them to close my credit card immediately in this case but they are not responding.

                Worst service.

                  Why again and again my recharge is failed?

                      Sir, i opened new account at safadarajng branch, new delhi on 16/11/2018... And apply for cheque book.
                      But i did not get yet. It's almost 3 months
                      I track it by no.. It indicates delivered to safadarajng enclave on 28/11/2018

                        A room was booked at Jenny's Residence in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu on the 28th of December 2018 using my Bank of Baroda debit card. The sale was marked as "VOID SALE" and a receipt was issued showing the same at time 00:04:13 (shown on the receipt) . However, its been more than three weeks and the amount of Rs. 5000 (Five Thousand) has not yet been refunded to my account. The hotel Jenny's Residence was contacted and they have emailed the receipt confirming that the sale is marked as void at their end. On contacting Bank of Baroda they have advised me to register a complaint in this forum.

                        Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and refund the Rs. 5000 to my account at the earliest.

                                    Hi team, its been 2 years i cant access to my onine bank of baroda account opened at kapadwanj gujarat post code 387620. I called several times and emailed them but no reply. Last year 5/4/2018 i emailed them with a form for change of mobile number but still i have not heard from them. After couple of month i agained email them to follow up but still no reply.18/01/2019 i called them thrice and they said my account is freezed so i sent them my passport and a letter to unfreeze the account but still they have not taken any action.

                                    Please help me out.

                                      My name is jeevan menezes and i live in calgary, canada. By mistake i sent international money transfer to wrong account number through my bank rbc to bank of baroda. Icici is the in between institution bank. My rbc branch manger has sent out instructions to icici bank to obtain these funds back to my account.

                                      Request you to please look into this matter and inform me the status.

                                      I have not received any status update despite follow up with bank of baroda.
                                      My branch manager mentioned that beneficiary branch is not responding.

                                      I still haven't received any further updates from anyone at bank of baroda regarding this matter.

                                      Amount in destination currency: 104, 414.08 inr has been deposited to wrong a/c number since a month now and there are no details on plan to return this amount back

                                      To my rbc account in canada yet.

                                      Why is there no way to trace a wire in source and return this amount back to my account?

                                      My bank (Rbc) has been reaching out to icici bank and have instructed them regarding this wrong deposit.

                                      There has to be a way to return this funds back to the original sender (Me) incase of any error or wrong deposit.

                                      Why was this transaction accepted, when the account name and account number did not match with your records? I had made a swift transaction for this online transfer.

                                      Kindly write in an email regarding status of this return, as i need to follow up with rbc bank.

                                        Had booked indigo airline ticket from mumbai to delhi through via.com on 17th january 2019 at 12:03 a. M. I received a message from via.com that payment had failed and the ticket was not confirmed. I booked a new ticket at 12:04 a. M and got a message that ticket is confirmed and payment is successful. An. Amount of 8083was deducted from my account twice. I request immediate refund of 8083 without any delay.
                                        Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I can enter my register mobile number but m-passbook comes invalid mobile number
                                        Or not registered mobile number .
