Sir, i deposited rupees 5000 at bank of baroda cdm machine today i. E 15/02/2019 at 08:50pm. When i kept the money in the cash slot, it closed and screen showed please wait and then the screen showed as 'hardware error' after which neither the money was credited to my account nor it was returned back to me via cash slot. This is to bring to your kind consideration that i am holding a current account in your bank (A/c no - [protected]). The bank manager doesn't have a manner how to talk with a coustmer. So i removed my account from your bank. Only the reason is miss behaving of branch manager. So please take action other wise i will remove all the account from the bank

Refund of 659 made by amazon but, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action....
