5. I had availed paid services from Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs.com and shine.com, by investing heavily.

6. Meanwhile I got a call form M/s. Naukri Planet.com, having office at Naukri Planet, Bathinda, Punjab, [protected]@nakuriplanet.com and website of http://www.nakuriplanet.com. Rathika from HR department of above company (mobile number: +[protected], said that you have confirmed job in MNC from Chennai called as ‘Eco wise” and not provided any details of the Eco Wise company. She also asked to pay Rs. 3000/- as recruitment ID creation and said to transfer to the below account: She specified in the mail” At the time of joining company will refund your all the amount. If you are not comfortable for this job then company will refund your amount”.

7. I paid Rs. 3, 000/- and after payment she sent a mail stating that “I have paid the above Rs. 3000/-. The below mail had come from her.

8. I paid the 6, 400/- INR for Documents Verification, to the same account.

9. Then she mailed me as below:

For your kind information, I want to inform you that you have paid 3, 000/- INR for Recruitment Id and 6, 400/- INR for Documents Verification and now you have to pay 11, 700/- INR for your job confirmation ID.

10. I paid Rs.11, 7000- to the above same account. Again, she mailed me as below:

For your kind information, I want to inform you that you have paid 3, 000/- INR for Recruitment Id and 7, 560/- INR for Documents Verification 11, 700/- INR for your job confirmation ID and now you have to pay 24, 200/- INR for your appointment Id.

11. I paid the above amount also.
12. Then she mailed me as below:

For your kind information, I want to inform you that you have paid 3, 000/- INR for Recruitment Id and 7, 560/- INR for Documents Verification 11, 700/- INR for your job confirmation ID 24, 200/- INR for your appointment Id and now you have to pay 36, 700 for security amount.

13. I paid the above amount also, to the same account.

14. Then I had telephonic interview by Mr. Karthik, (HR Department of Eco Wise: mobile number: +[protected] and he told me that next week I will arrange for the face to face interview.
15. Likewise, she continually mailed me for series of payments and this was coordinated by Sonia Bajaj from Eco Wise (the same mobile number of Radhika, +[protected].
16. At one point of time, I requested for stoppage of my job process and refund the money. Radika told that refund is not possible and entire amount is refundable, only you complete all the payment process.

17. Hence, I had already paid huge sum, with desperation to get back the money paid, I had totally paid INR 17, 69, 171.00

18. After payment of last payment, no contact from the company. I tried reaching through another mobile number also and it was not reachable or switched off.

19. I have attached all the mails and bank statement indicating the payment also.

20. While I checked through internet and got to know that There is no company like Eco wise in Chennai and I have been cheated.
Now I humbly request to tack action, to get the refund of whole amount of Rs. 17, 69, 171.00

Hence humbly request to freeze the bank account, due tio illlegal money colletion.
