Dear sir!
My name is syed. patcha hussain iam working in tvs creditservice ltd.
The thing is that today (05/08/2013.) iam going to bank science 3:40pm but the bank secuerity guard not allowed to in bank he told is time is over bank will be close. i said i want to talk to manager.. but manager is said our bank time is this time amd our mine... iam very requesting to plese deposit my money on my accounnt 25000. he told here only deposition only 3:30 pm only. get out of here and he used abusing language and he told highrated and you give complaint any where and in india and any my superior and he told one more word they could not be taken my hair iam a manager iam superior is this branch. iam a king of this branch u r my slave. this type of behavour manager.

Dear Sir,

With this email of mine, I would like to draw your attention towards the mis-behaviour of one field officer & the General Manager of State Bank of India, Jyoti Vihar branch, Burla, District Sambalpur Odisha, Pin - 768019.

I went to open a savings account at the State Bank of India, Jyoti Vihar branch. I had procured the form before hand and have completed all the formalities of the form. eg. (1) Voter ID (2) PAN Card (3) Driving Licence (4) Telephone bill (5) Broadband connection letter issued by B.S.N.L (6) Andhra Bank's passbook (7) Office order no 5C-13-2010 49732 issued by Office of Director Higher Education, Bhubaneswar (8) Letter no IV-HE-J-32/[protected]/HE issued by Government of Orissa, Department of Higher Education,
(I am forced to open this account by Burla NAC College. As all of amounts of Odisha Governments are transacted by your Bank and I am also a lecturer of this college for which our principal pays our salaries through your bank. )

After dully filled up of the opening accont form with one xerox copy of each as above mentioned by me. The field office ( I think) sitting at his chair, without even looking at my form, directly asked me to wait and keep his talking with his staff. I have waited more than 45 minutes and then I requested him to verify my documents as soon as possible. Without even looking at the form, (on May 06, 2011) told me that it is not easy work to open a new account. Feeling humiliated I rushed to the Branch Manager's chamber, and informed this roughly behaviour as well as non-cooperative attitude by his staff who is the person responsible for the staff's behaviour towards the customers and to facilitate the operations of the bank and look into the problems faced by the customer. He looked all documents of mine and told me that you have not given a xerox copy of electric bill. I told him that it is not required. He told me that without this you can not open a new account.
To conclude it can be said that the SBI Staff at Jyoti Vihar, are very ill-mannered and rude and talk to customers very rudely. The Branch Manager, who is the face of the bank, if he himself is such a rude and ill-mannered person, how can one expect the employees to behave and conduct their work properly. Since their is no-check system on the Employees of Bank in dealing with Public, they behave very rudely with customers. Can I expect an action against the concerned employees and can they be instructed to behave courteously with the customers in future.

Please provide an effective mechanism, wherein an immediate complaint can be recorded with the concerned officials against the erring staff of the Bank so that the Public do not get harassed and also direct the Branch Manger to open a new account for me with in 15 minutes as today I have already lost entire day

This Ravi today i went to sbi branch,Gillnagar,choolaimedu,chennai600094.
i met Mr.Krishnakumar(manager operations)regarding other state cheque withdrawl.before i met him i asked three persons regarding this but different versions finally one lady staff told it's possible how come different answers same bank staffs but different answers we are not beggar we are investors by the way we are maintanning our accounts nearly 20 years in the same bank but he is throwing my cheque and he is talking rubbish how dare he can through my cheque the same staff when ever can transfer from this bank but we are permanent in same area mean while our account,he is telling you go and complaint to whom ever,because of like this persons attitude your bank reputation is going,how he can give like this customer service,pls take action against him are i will take legal action against him.

This is regarding rude behaviour of SANDHYA JOSEPH (Deputy Manager) -Thodupuzha Main Branch-KERALA.

Few days back I have visited your Thodupuzha Branch for opening a Savings Bank account with all valid formalities (online application filled printout & other documents with required bank seals). When I approached SANDHYA JOSEPH for her Great HASTHASHRA she has started shouting like a[protected] can’t you open account somewhere in other bank, we don’t have staff to do your work otherwise come after one month. She was behaving like I had gone to her house for begging something.
I never knew that SBI has grateful with sufficient numbers of accounts so that they don’t want to open anymore account or entertained any new customer, Even it is---- it should have been communicated politely.
According to SANDHYA JOSEPH, she is doing a massive favour to the customers for getting an account opened at SBI Branch so that BANK & customers should acknowledge her work.
I should also be thankful to her because she has imparted knowledge which is so precious and not even known by RBI and any other bank professional (Ie Cheque can be cashed only after so many transactions done though your account).

Being a number 1 nationalized bank, you should not entertain such a rude, ill mannered and obnoxious staff working with your prestigious organization. Please do train them not only in banking but also humanity, good behaviour and politeness to the customer.
Last but not least, Thanks to someone who has helped me to open an account at Thodupuzha SBI branch.

Hi, I'm a student from bapatla, Guntur. I want to complain about the rude behavior of the SBI employee at bapatla engineering college SBI branch. I went to pay revaluation fee to the bank but it was not mine but my brother's and the challan had his name and sign. Because the girls queue was short, he asked me to pay. After waiting for 1 hour I went into the room where they take our challans and payments. That rude employee shouted at me for no reason to wait until the long queue waiting outside is finished. I was shocked as I didn't understand what my mistake was and why that was shouting at me for no reason and couldn't reply back for a second. With teary eyes I explained that this is my brothers and that I've been waiting for long missing my classes so I can pay .. He called the security guard and asked him to make me wait outside. But I didn't move an inch and kept repeating that I have classes and asked to take the challan and money. After sometime the adjacent SBI employee took pity on me and he accepted the challan and payment. I was still teary eyed when I came out that my brother regretted sending me in and suggested that I write a public complaint about the rude . In fact that wasn't even busy with other students but just out of sadism he behaved in such a rude way.

This is regarding SBI staff rude behavior. I had a bank work so I visited GreenLane Layout branch near Belandur, Bangalore. For the question I had, the staff was answering very badly. We are not beggars/ to tolerate such a bad experience. The bad behavior is always true with SBI branches. They should better train these people on how to treat the customers who are valuable. They are enjoying lot of extra benefits from these banks which is from customer money. So better they should mind these.

मेरा चालू खाता दया किशन मदन लाल, खाता संख्या [protected], जो की आप के स्टेट बैंक( 01281, Anaj Mandi, Shahdara-Delhi-32 )में है . दिनाॅंक[protected] को मैं नकद 45000/- जमा करवानें गया आप का टोकन सिस्टम देख खुशी हुई कि अब गा़हक को कतार में नही लगना होगा, अपना नम्बर आने पर आप कैश जमा करा सकते हो, परन्तु एक आराम स्टाफ का भी देखा की 172 न. टोकन चल रहा है आैर 272 नम्बर वाला बैठा, परन्तु मधू मेडम स्टाफ का कैश अन्दर से लेने मे व्यस्त थी, ऐसा जब तीन बार मेरे सामने हुआ तो मुझ से रहा नही गया, मैनें कहा मेडम मेरा कैश भी ले लों, परन्तु मेडम ने सही कहा सर ऐसा नही होगा आप टोकन नम्बर आने पर ही आऐ, पर क्या ये नियम है की स्टाफ का नाम ले आप इस टोकन प्रणाली पर विश्बास करने वाले ग्राहको के साथ छल कर रहे हाे, यह कहाँ का नियम हैं, इस से तो पहलें लाइन वाला सि्टम ही सही था जिस मैं सभी की नजर टोकन नम्बर पर नही कैश जमा करनें वालें स्टाफ पर होती थी. मैने इस की शिकायत गर्ग साहब से की, परन्तु आप ने कहा की आप मुटु साहब से मिल लाे, क्या ग्राहक एक अफसर से दुसरे अफसर के चक्कर लगाता रहे. मेरा भारत आगे बड रहा है.

I opened a account and recieved atm as well but sir its been 6 months i have not received pin number . I requested for pin number again but i haven't received yet
So i call to nityanand and even i meet to nityanand he was saying i will check day after day
And then after some days i said to me i am not a servent of yu i don't take bribe from yu and i don't take salary from yu

Dear Sir/ Madam,
SBI is well known for its customer satisfactory performance. However I have encountered reverse situation therefore I wish to bring your kind notice the rude behaviour and unsatisfactory performance of SBI employees at Sandi branch (Branch code: 11182), District- Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Specifically the branch's main gate remains locked during 2:00-3:00 P.M. as lunch time. During this time no one can enter inside the branch. In the last two days I have visited the branch continuously for the cash deposit and faced the above mentioned situation. Gaurd's behave was so rude that he has physically forced to go out. I was much feared because now I have to move here and there with cash.

I was also having a request for demand draft but Branch manager denied it clearly that this branch is not issuing any demand draft and do not make any more discussion.

Therefore, I request you to discuss these problems with the concerned branch manager and resolve them as soon as possible. Please also let me know the resolution of the same.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge a complaint against a cashier named Mr Abhimohan Singh posted at S.B.I beldour branch on behalf of account holders for his rude and unmannerly behavior with customers. We are experiencing his disgusting behavior since he joined this branch.

Beldour is one of the most backward block in Khagaria district, unfortunately only SBI bank have the branch here, so we don't have other options..! We are forced to be associated with this branch.
Attitude of Mr Abhimohan Singh is pathetic. He misbehaves with customer including senior citizens. He is not dutiful as well despite people wait in the queue he frequently takes unscheduled breaks.

As we know because of Demonetization people are running sort of cash. He used to collect the Rs 24K checks form customers after taking bribe 200 to 500 he pays amount to the customers. We have the proofs, witnesses and victims.

He is spoiling the brand name of S.B.I.

Please find attached herewith the scanned copies of complaint letter sighed by account holders and branch details.

I would request you to take necessary action against him.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am having an account with SBI, Borivali West Branch and we have availed locker facility from Vazira Branch, Borivali. We visited the branch on 06/05/17 to avail the locker facility and Mrs. Karkhanis was available on the seat. This is the 3rd incident we are facing rude behaviour from this lady. On couple of occasions she has spoken rudely with my mother who is a senior citizen and exstaff of SBI. I guess we are paying ard 6ooo/- as a rent for the locker and this is not a free service provided by the bank that the lady talks to us in this manner. She was not even wearing ID card which I guess all the employees have to wear. She even told my mom last time why she is having 2 lockers when others are waiting in the queue for the locker. I guess she has no right to question us about it.

I request SBI to counsel the lady on how to talk to customers.
