I wants to tell you that the employee of the SBI is behaving very rudely with the customer.
Your employee MR. SUNDER LAL VERMA who is recently posted in the SBI head office located at engineering college Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. He is recently tranfered to the head office from the other branch of SBI in Lucknow. He is recently posted on the post of cashier.
He behaves very rudely with the customer and trying to transfer the heavy work for.the next

i gave a RTGS to Mr Lokesh Arora OF rs 5 lakh, i have to pay this payment for my child operation to hospital
i requested him today on 27.04.2018 about 12:10 pm for RTGS urgently. he said that now its rush time i will clear it Before Lunch about 02:00 pm
but at 03:00 pm i ghot a phone call from my child hospital that your paymrnt has not been received, we are unable to do opeartion, so take your child in some other hospital, then suddenly i contact to my branch MR lokesh Arora Said that i have not time for your RTGS, if i got time then i enter it, then i said how much time to enter it, he asked that today or Should br Monday 30.04.2018
then i ask for return my RTGS form with Cheque, he asked i dont give u RTGs return and Abuse Me, after long Discussions he gave my Rtgs back and said that i will not enter it, go to your home .
agter that situation i return my home and take my child back to home, and i pray to god that he should save my child,
so you are requested to take necessary step upon it

Dear concern, i am mahipal mehra want to open my doughter's account in sbi branch jahangirpuri delhi-33 and visited there 3 time every day they are putting new problem i.E system is slow / not working / time is over and handling only 3 or 4 people and also they are not interested to open account. Same thing i put in front of branch manager they says go to upper . I don't know who is upper in the branch and they are tottly wasting our time why its must for ladly yojana .

My name is Mahendra Lamu and I went to SBI Dhakuakhana Branch (IFSC SBIN[protected] times to open a saving account to my mother who is working as a Anganwadi worker in Social Welfare Department. First I have visited with her on 29th July 2019 and met the Branch Manager when he told me to visit after 12th August. So that I have visited again on 13th August and remind him that he told us to visit there after 12th August. After that he called us very next day i.e. 14th August.
When I have entered his cabin in the morning at 0930hrs (this branch opens at 0900hrs everyday) with my mother. He told us to go outside and seat in waiting lounge and he will call us when he will free. I have followed his instruction and came out from his cabin. After few second he called me to his cabin and asked the reason of opening her saving account, her salary, address etc...and told me to send her nearest SBI CSP, Gobindapur which is about 06-07Kms from Dhakuakhana. My mother was travelling about 17Kms from my home by public transport and again told her to go back. I asked him whey he can not open a saving account in fact we are in front of him. He used abusing language, misbehaving and didn't mention any valid reason for the same. I requested him politely and explained the problem but he was not ready to listen me.
So I am writing this issue to higher authority of SBI for further action against this Branch Manager, SBI Dhakuankana (IFSC SBIN0010760), Lakhimpur, Assam 787055.

I am holding an account in SBI Belgharia branch (SBIN0001888) from last 15 years (Approx.). I was misinformed regarding the cheque book and debit card renewal process and as a result whole process got delayed for at least 10 days. Now despite of having sufficient balance in my account I am not able to retrieve any amount from my account.
While raising this issue in my branch I was misbehaved by few existing employee (Debashis Saha and Pamela Dey). It seems that they are least bothered if a dissatisfied customer wants to wrap up the relationship with bank. Please look into the same.

I m an account holder of your bank and i am very upset with the bank employees of f your bank branches in jaipur.
Yesterday i went to ur Jaipur SFS MANSAROVER branch for making D.D. The person sitting on window no. 3 said they are not able to make D.D. at this point because of the merging process of SBBJ & SBI and therefore i have to go to any of the original SBI branch for make g D.D
So I returned from there with my mother and went to SBI TRIVENI NAGAR and asked them for DD. There was a lady sitting on window and she gave me a form and didn't bother to tell about the D.D. Commission charges neither asked me about any details of amount for which DD is to be made
When i completed all the formalities and reached to the window they said that they won't make my D.D. as it is a SBBJ account and then I briefed them ehat SBBJ sfs mansarover branch employee told me.
Then after that she gave me a new excuse that it a D.D. of big amount and they can't make it as they don't have 2 signing officers in their branch.
Also when i asked them about troubling the customer they (two men and one woman on the windows) became arrogant and behaved badly with me.
And finally i had to go to the third branch i.e. SBI MADHYAM MARG their i explained them everything and asked to make the D.D. But initially they too refused to make the D.D. and when i finally begged them and told them that i have been roaming around with my mother since morning in this summer and I don't have a vehicle too, then they final said yes to make my D.D.
With yesterday's experience i m so frustrated and annoyed with your services that i m finally planning to closing my account with your bank and open my account in a private bank where they valu and respect their customers.
Just wanted to inform you about the incident so that no one else has to face the situation i faced yesterday with my mom in this hot weather.
