I ordered on 5th april 20 for one besafekit paying rs499 through debit card from hindustan chemical baroda vide order no 2404but it has not delivered till long. Then i made complaint through their chat system and on 23rd i cancelled the order vide their ref no 5549as these people asked to do so because of non delivery of item to my pin code. Till then i remain in touch with them through chat. But no reply. On 3rd may they informed that refund process is initiated and tracking system showing cancellation as approved. But for no use. I again sent a mail to their [protected]@besafekit on 19th may but no reply. I again on yesterday asked them to make refund at early date through chat but in vain. I can provide you people tha screen shot of mail and chat date wise in support of my complaint.
Kindly help me in getting refund as i feel i am been cheated by these fraud people.

I ordered sanitizers on april 7, 2020. I didn't receive the item even after 1 month and then i applied for refund. Still i have not received my refund. My od id is 2981.

On my orders amount 718.20 rupees of order id 1616 & 1618 are not settled yet. However it is a fraud company. Need to teach lesson by law. All should be behind the bars. Nodal officers and cyber crime branch should come forward to identify each one associated with this job.

I purchased online payment mode of amount 718.20 rupees. But they did not deliver the product. But it passed away more than a month. Still they are not refunding the amount. Please help me out.

Placed an order (Mask and sanitizer) on 9th of april, made payment of 603 rs., neither i got the product nor any refund.

I have emailed so many times, got the reply after multiple emails that refund is approved (#5556), another email that refund is processed but no refund till date (Today 16th may).

I have registered a complaint with cyber crime also to teach them a lesson because this is really unacceptable in such critical times.

I ordered two products by two ordered no. 1457 & 4534 against full online payment, but they couldn't completed to deliver and then they cancelled booking on 23/04/2020 and intimate me refund the money within 10-12 days. Now all of you see today 16/05/2020 but it has not been accounted till today or not any communication after several times emailed them. Now we see a lot of consumer complain here for same reason.

Pls note Besafekit.in is website who doesnt delivered product to customer and takes money in advanced .
They have cheated me, taken money in advanced and delivered products . Already 50 days gone my products are not delivered.

After more than 2 weeks of non delivery i was advised by the company that they are unable to deliver due to the lockdown and the order was cancelled. They initially said that the refund would be made after they received the goods from the courier. On 24th april, they confirmed that they received the goods from the courier and would make the refund. Now more than 3 weeks later, i have not received a refund.

. This company is fraud, scam and cheaters,
Seal this company and take action against this company or else i will take action.

This is a completely fake company, nobody is trying to spread rumors about these scumbags who are cheating people during this difficult time. I placed 4 orders for bulk sanitizers for charity purpose and none of them got delivered. Infact seeing their behaviour i had to cancel two of those orders before even they got shipped. The order numbers are 5097; 4387; 2653 and 2600.
The status of the order shows refunded in the order refund summary however there is no sign of money so far.
I want to raise a complaint. I have already talked to my bank to raise a dispute on this fraudsters, so please start calling your banks as well, so that their gateway along with the money is blocked and they wouldn't be able to do any further business.
Not going to leave them this easily.
Can somebody please look into this from the govt side and ban them for their entire life along with refund for the money for the consumers. Help from the govt would be much appreciated

Ordered following items on 18th april 2020.
1. Hot selling car auto sanitize and ozone ionizer breath, bacteria 5 year warranty
2. Infrared thermometer with ir sensor 2 year warranty
Both in single order (Order no.5405, 18.04.2020)
On 25th april 2020 received email stating that it has been shipped through rocketshipment with track code as[protected]. But no tracking updated reflecting in website. Material not received yet.
No reply for email and not able to contact.

My order no is[protected] dated 12 apr 20 for rs 600/- consisting of a handsanitiser and two n95 masks alongwith it. The website does not give any telephone no of the company

When i track the order, it says could not be delivered as movement or delivery is not allowed in the area. It is not the case all essential items and medical and ecommerce items are allowed to be delivered.

When i try to ask for refund online, the website says "exception on submitting request: missing data" inspite of giving all details

It seems it is a fraud company. Plz blacklist it

I had placed an order of sanitizer on 01/04/2020 with order number: 1553, and made the payment through online.
The expected delivery date was 07/04/2020.
Its being one month but still the product has not yet delivered.
Please deliver the product at earliest or initiate the refund.

I have ordered 25 piece of 2 set lifebuoy hand sanitizer with free 2 n95 mask on 08 april 2020. They sent the courier through rocketshipment. When the product is not delivered till 24.04.2020, i requested for refund of the whole amount of rs 15000 and they replied me on 25.04.2020 that when their product may be returned to them by courier company then they will process my refund. The order tracking system was showing that the product would be delivered by the end of the 20.04.2020, but neither the product delivered on time nor they gave the details of reason of delay. I sent mails to the company but they have not replied even a single time, which made me very much disappointed. The product was ordered for prevention to the government employees who are working without proper safety kit.
It is requested to help me in getting the refund.

I ordered two bottles of life boy sanitizer and two free n 95 masks from be safe kit company. The company claims that it is a part of hindustan chemicals. My order no given by them is 3709. They informed me that my order was picked up by a courier service called sip rocket and gave me the tracking no [protected]. For live tracking the parcel. On tracking the product from courier website i am informed that no such parcel is with them for dispatch i immediately informed the company about this and they promptly cancelled my order on 16th april 2020 and ordered a refund. However i did not receive the refund amount till date. My emails are not answered. I am not sure which hindustan chemicals this company representing i try to contact hindustan chemicals mumbai but my mails not delivered. When people dying of this pandemic the company should show compassion toward consumers. I should get my money back and if i am not getting any satisfactory answer from them i am within my right seek legal remedies
