Date: This happened on[protected]. I attended their recorded (although they say its live) session, in which they introduced some AI tools, and then made an environment, which is a trap like.
2) They said only 30 seats available to get the most valuable AI course which has given people 200% raise etc. etc. If you pay with in 1 minute, you will be lucky. As after 30 people have paid, you will have to pay full amount. I am embarrassed, I fell into that trap and paid 4838.
3) As soon as I did that, Sandipan called me when the session was still going on and asked me to setup EMI for 12 months totalling 27000. There was no show of refund policy or anything. I am really gullible. He was is such a hurry, calling me again and again. Even the call quality was poor and my attention was divided between the session and the Sandipan guy calling me so eagerly to set up EMI.
4) But then I realized that course content do not align with my goals and called back immediately with in 2 hours for a refund. I have phone number of associates Mr Shubham Sinha ([protected]) and the main financial guy Mr Sandipan ([protected]) who was not supportive at all and said that I have to attend all the classes and if I don't there is no way to get refund, and I can only ask for refund after I attend the full course). I said it does not make any sense, but he was adamant.
5) In the introductory session itself, I realized that it's not live, as the lady was not answering any of my questions. So, I realized they will play just the recording in disguise of live sessions. I feel cheated. Please help me get the refund. I want to stop the EMI setup from my bank as well
6) the classes are scheduled to start from next 8th November. I have not attended even one class. Hence, I demand full refund Was this information helpful? |
