Hi, I have purchased the AI Tools Mastery Programme from Be10x, by paying Rs. 14, 396.00 (Payment receipt attached). At the time of purchase along with the course they have promised me below license version/services. However, the given services are not genuine/valid. As they are already free & freely available on the internet. 1) Chat GPT 4 (V4.0) license versions for 2 years. 2) Premium Office 365 for 5 years Both these services are already freely available on the internet, and anyone can get it. When I contacted them over the email, they are not giving proper answers and refused to give valid license versions of above two services which they have promised. Hence, I request you to please provide help on this issue and take strict action on this organization where they are misleading students to sell the courses/services.
