Be10x — AI Mastery Program

I attended their 3 hours AI workshop for Rs 9/- on 11th Feb 2024 in which they demonstrataed some AI apps using prompts and themselves saying wow, mindblowing etc. No auidence participation seen. They falsely claim it is a live session wheras it was a recorded session. I partially paid for their course of an amount of Rs 7198/- on 11th Feb 2024 but soon I realised I had made a mistake, I request for refund the same day on 11 th Feb 2024. But they are not responding and have said their course is non-refundable even if it has not even started.
There should be some mechanism to stop such fraud courses.
