I've been scammed from the two fake IITians Kharagpur namely,

who claim they're providing benefits in their AI Mastery Program. However, there's no proper sessions nor even promised benefits which they mentioned to us in beginning of the class.
Other persons i've interacted are: +91 - [protected], +91 - [protected], +91-[protected], +91 - [protected], +91 - [protected], +91-[protected] · They're also part of this scam.

I've attached screenshots for references i've paid them totally of Rs 18, 396 (31st March 2024 i've paid Rs 14, 396 and 6th April 2024 I've paid Rs 4, 000 for their Diamond Class)

At the time of purchase along with the course they have promised me below license version/services i've attached as references. However, the given services are not genuine/valid. 1) Chat GPT 4 (V4.0) license versions for 2 years. 2) Premium Office 365 for 5 years Both these services are already freely available on the internet, and anyone can get it. When I contacted them over the email or spoke to them on call, they are not giving proper answers instead they're being rude and misbehaving with me !!! They refused to give valid license versions of above two services which they have promised.
Even there so called content in Mastery class is [censored] won't even give them Rs 1 also!!!
I've borrowed this money thinking that this will benefit me to be expert in the field and able to easily get a decent job in this cold market. They took the hard earned money and i really want them to rot in hell !!!
Hence, I request you to please provide help on this issue and take strict action on this organization where they are misleading students to sell the courses/services. Please could you help me get back my refund.
