Be10X conducted a 3 hours online workshop on 28.01.2024, which i had attended by paying INR.9.00
In the workshop they had offered a course named AI Mystery for INR. 14396(Including GST). The course was included of Microsoft office 365 original license key for 5 years and chatGPT 4.0 premium for 2 years.
I had paid for the course amount only for the shake of these above two license key at cheaper price. But as soon as a week...

Hi,

I attended a workshop today (i.e.[protected] by paying INR 9/- and in the workshop they insisted us in a time bounded manner to purchase the course and i made a purchase in hurry by paying INR 14, 396 /-. After workshop when I looked for the reviews of the course, I was just felt that I am looted by those two cunning so-called IITians.

I attended the workshop FEB 25th 2024 and paid totally RS. 14394 in two installments ( FEB 25th and Mar-1st). they did not provided anything What ever they promised : classes and software licenses yet. (they conducted only one class since last 3 weeks)

Please take some action and helping me to get amount returned from them.

I joined the Be10X initial workshop and after completing the workshop they gave a lot of offers but they have not even fulfilled one promise. They asked us to pay the complete amount immediately to get the offers or pay in two EMIs. I first paid partially for their course of an amount of Rs2000 on 3rd Feb 2024 and they asked me to pay the remaining amount to get the full access I paid the 2nd installment of Rs 7000/- on 7th Feb . but soon I realized that what they have have promised isn't provided, I request for refund no one is responding to e mails or WhatsApp messages. They are all one way communications.

Once you pay, they disappear without providing any response, and crucially, they fail to mention their strict no-refund policy. I attended workshop at be10x I also purchased their master program for first half amount then later I realized this program is not much worth for this amount
So I asked refund from them, they didn't respond properly..I'm interested in taking up their course now why they didn't refund my amount instead they asking more to pay ðŸ¤” So kindly help me to get my amount of Rs 7k nearly

I attended workshop for rs 9 but after that they gave offer for master program I too purchased them for 7198 but I'm not interested in that course and not in situation to continue I need my amount back but no response from them regarding refund...

They asked first Rs 4600. I have paid. Thereafter no communication from them for one and half months. Again they are demanding Rs 3600. I didt accept and asked for refund my amount. But they have refused to refund. I felt this is not fair on their part....

Regrettably, my experience with the course has not met my expectations, and I find the content and structure unsuitable for my current learning objectives. And moreover the main selling point of the course GPT 4 access which was promised was not given and has given open source links which inturn ask payments to access GPT 4. I think I have been scammed by be10X. They are not replying to the mail and defaming name of IIT.
