I attended their workshop on 3 DEC and in whole 3 hours mostly they advertised themselves.
Finally, they introduced their ai mastery program and asked for payment of Rs.14396 and did not inform about any refund policy or any terms and condition.

Now, their relationship manager called and welcomed me for the course so I told them that my company is not going to sponsor this so please refund.

Its a new type of scam, they will showcase something and commit to providing some services and course. After purchasing we will get to know they are not providing anything even their course is not worth at all.

Beware of this kind of fraud guys and company's. Now its a AI trend they are making use of it and earning money.

I don't think those founders completed the course from IIT.

I attended a promotion and made a partial payment of 41300 towards a program and could not join the program due to my health condition. They are not refunding my money for the program I did not join. Please help me me getting my money refunded. How can the system allow cheating people in the name of IIT and not give my money back? I have sent emails and WhatsApp app messages...

I have attended live workshop conducted by Be 10x on August 13 by paying 529.94 rs. At the end of the course they announced many bonuses including Microsoft 365 subscription for 5 years. But they did not provide any materias as mentioned and link for key to MS365....

Both Founders are using their IIT tag to misguide people!!! Someone from IIT should stop this!
They are scammers!
First and foremost, they sell a recorded workshop in the name of live... there whole workshop is a scam to play with fear of people.. Then selling their 12k course which is meaningless.. Doubt how they cleared IIT. Dont fall prey.

I had enrolled for BE10x program for advanced topics on AI, Programming etc.. However none of these were provided on their learning program. Even after repeated follow-up they have not provided the clarification and support. I see they are running this as a huge scam to fool innocent members subscribing to their courses.
Request to take appropriate action and prevent the hard earned money of Indians.
They are also operating under company name (Mad About Sports OPC Pvt Ltd)

Dear Consumer Complaint Forum,

I am filing a formal complaint against Be10x, an online teaching platform, for misleading claims and refusal to process a refund for a course I booked. I paid ₹4, 838.13 for the course but later found multiple issues raising concerns about the platform’s credibility, including:

No positive reviews available online.
No proper website or mobile app, making it difficult to verify legitimacy.
Misleading promotional claims, such as offering a free Microsoft certificate and free access to ChatGPT-4, which seem deceptive.
Due to these concerns, I requested a full refund of ₹4, 838.13. Initially, Be10x reached out to me and confirmed that they would process a refund of ₹4, 100, deducting ₹738 as an operational cost. They even sent a confirmation over WhatsApp. However, shortly after, another representative from the same company contacted me and stated that they will not be providing the refund.

This contradictory response and refusal to honor their own commitment indicate unfair business practices. I am attaching screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation as proof.

I request the Consumer Complaint Forum to take strict action against Be10x for misleading customers and assist me in securing my refund. Kindly guide me on the next steps to escalate this matter further if required.

Me too i am also need to get refund of Rs.4848 as the first installment but unable to attend the classes due to personal issues .First i have asked them for refund but they refused to and gave me the reason stating they will refund the amount only after completion of the course .
But i told them i am unable to make the rest of the payment they have given time till the next batch but still i didn't attend the classes and made the rest of the payment .i need refund at any cost .
i am not getting the basic access of there be10x access that they have promising during the master class .

I enrolled for a course and made initial payment later I got to know it is a fraud company I requested to cancel my scheduled payment but they denied. I don’t want to continue this course with be10x but now they are not ready to cancel payment mandates

I have taken their AI mastery course from the BE 10x before on 8th Oct 2023
from that day i am continuously contacting those people because they haven't provided any effective despite saying we will give all the course details and certification even session for AI mastery course, but they haven't conducted yet even after 1 year also they are not picking up our call's and they took 14000 rs 9(us and not picking up the call . I've been scammed by be10x Private online education website. I've seen their ad's on Instagram and registered in a hope to learn some skills. They have send me a zoom link through wats app group so today( 4th August 2024 ) morning 11pm I've attended their AI Tools work shop.

One of the key attractions for me was the commitment to providing an original Microsoft 365 license. However, it's crucial for potential attendees to be aware that the license is issued under the Be10x domain, not your personal email as initially expected. While this might be acceptable for some, it was not explicitly communicated during the workshop, causing confusion and disappointment.

Moreover, the workshop advertised access to ChatGPT version 4. Despite this, the access to ChatGPT ver.4 was not as straightforward as promised. After the workshop concluded, I encountered difficulties in securing the access as initially outlined in their promotional materials. This deviation from the advertised service was frustrating and left me questioning the overall transparency of Be10x.

In that session they have shown very much basic stuff which can be freely found on YouTube and internet and then started their trick of selling their group course which are 19 courses. Firstly they have quoted 170000/- rupees of whooping amount and finally offered 14199/- rupees ( including GST) course. This trick helped them to create a FOMO.

I suspect their session is also recorded as the chant was not open for all and they were not answering any of my questions.

As a result I've purchased their course of 14199/- rupees. I've payed the amount in 2 parts. One is 7198/- rupees and another 7001. They promised that I will receive login and password and need to login to three given link and start my online learning session, however there was no login and password provided.

Once I've payed the total amount there was no response from their support team even after calling them 15 to 20 times( [protected] and [protected]).

So I got suspicions and researched if this is a scam and to my surprise i got many results video's and a linked in complaint thread with multiple people reporting this as scam and numerous complaints were on these be10x.

I'm very much disappointed and depressed by checking all the above details. I'm not at all interested in this course. I've messaged them on wats app and e-mail's them regarding refund and tried to call multiple times however no response.

I request Indian Consumer complaint forum to please contact on my behalf and demand them my refund of 14199/- rupees. This is my hard earned money.

Please process my full refund of 14199/- rupees ASAP to my Bank account and credit card account from which I've paid.

I attended 3 Hrs class and paid 6100 I don't want this course anymore. After paying they are not replying for any message. I want Refund

The Be10x company offered an online workshop called Office Mastery's Excel using Chat GPT & AI Tools on Sunday, June 30th. During the workshop, they discussed their Office Mastery Program and pressured us into paying 12, 200 Rs for the course and 2, 196 Rs in taxes in two installments on 30th June and 5th July claiming that there were only 30 special slots available with bonuses (MS Office 365 package, GPT 4.0, Prompt Engineering, SQL, Python, Financial Freedom Mastery, etc.).

After the payment, I visited the course website and was extremely disappointed with the content, prompting me to seek a refund. I first contacted them on WhatsApp on the same day of visiting their course website, but they suddenly mentioned a no refund policy that was not disclosed during the workshop. They left my message unseen and responded with irrelevant auto-generated content.

I called one of the Be10x employees and spoke to him about the no refund policy, but he abruptly cut the call and has not responded to my calls since. Their customer support is inadequate; the only ways to reach them are via WhatsApp or email. Despite reaching out through email, I have not received any proper response till date.

an amount of Rs 7198. However I am unable to pursue the course due to health issues.

I attended the Be10X workshop in which they lured us so much that I purchased their subscription for 7200 by paying half amount in which they said that they you will be given free bonus for chatgpt 4 and many other tools. When I logged into their subscription, I found that these are all the recorded sessions and the tools which they taled about in the workshop were all like free tools. So, I did pay the other half amount. So, they deleted my subscription after 2 weeks. So, I want my refund.

I am writing to convey my dissatisfaction and frustration with my experience in the AI course offered by the "Be10X AI Mastery Program." I enrolled in this program on May 8th, 2024, and paid Rs. 12, 396/-. Unfortunately, I have encountered several significant issues that lead me to believe this course does not meet the promised standards of quality and professionalism.

When I paid the first installment, I informed them that I would pay the second installment after my final exams due to their early scheduling. Despite agreeing to this, they later threatened that I would lose my bonuses and discounts if I didn't pay immediately. I requested a refund for the first installment because they didn't honor our agreement, but they refused. I reluctantly enrolled, intending to learn AI after my exams, but the course failed to meet the promised standards. They misled me and did not deliver as expected.

Even they did not provide me the full invoice of the payment

I recently purchased the mastery class where they promised me a 5year subscription of MS Office and 2 year subscription of chatGPT 4.0 which I did not get access to despite filling several forms and writing emails. Nobody is picking up my call, while Priti from finance called me every hour when I had to make the second instalment. The level of the content is also very basic and is not meeting the promises. I would like a refund of 14396 paid...

Digital marketing has opened door for these white collar scammers. Backed up by some renowned families these young age scammers are looting money in terms of teaching AI Tool. They content is below standard and in the name of giving massive discounts they are provding below standard how to videos.

These guys not only using the names of prestigious institutions like IIT KGP and Stanford in selling their below standard content.

The strategy is quite simple calling everyone for a 10 rupee workshop and selling below standard content for 12k. They do not refund saying the content is best. Whereas they only make false promises.
