I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience in the Be10x Mastery class and to formally request a refund due to unmet expectations and lack of support.
In February 2025, I attended a 3-hour AI workshop for ₹10.68 (including GST). During the session, a few AI tools were showcased using basic prompts. While the facilitators seemed excited, frequently exclaiming “wow” and “mind-blowing, ” there was no audience interaction—only the facilitators were actively engaged—which made the session feel one-sided and underwhelming.
Immediately after the workshop, participants were urged to reserve our seats for the full course by paying ₹4, 838.08 (including GST). I made this payment and was assigned a mentor. However, I received no communication or information regarding the introductory sessions after enrollment.
Eventually, I received a call from my assigned mentor asking me to pay the full course fee. Only then did I learn that the introductory session had already taken place. Since I had no prior information about it, the mentor shared a link to the recorded session (https://learn.aigyan.in/) but mentioned that login access would only be provided after paying the full course fee of ₹27, 493.86 (including GST).
I had clearly informed the mentor about my financial situation—having left my job in April 2024 due to personal reasons—and explained that I couldn’t make the full payment upfront. I requested an installment option, but this was denied. Despite my financial difficulties, I somehow managed to arrange the amount. My payment failed three times initially, yet the mentor kept sending multiple payment links and insisted I complete the payment. Eventually, the payment went through.
I was also promised access to Microsoft Office 365. I reached out to the mentor multiple times via WhatsApp for help but received no response. Even during the sessions, small queries were left unanswered and felt completely ignored.
Unfortunately, I have found the course to be unworthy of the amount paid. It did not meet the expectations set during the initial workshop, and I feel misled by the promises made.
Considering all of this—the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unfulfilled commitments—I kindly request that the amount I paid be refunded.
