I enrolled in the Be10x introductory workshop, which cost a small fee of ₹10.74. The session was reasonably good and felt worth the amount paid. Toward the end, they introduced a six-month program priced at around ₹28, 000 as an early-bird offer.
When I asked for the schedule and program details through chat, they refused to share any dates and repeatedly emphasized the early-bird slots and the need to book immediately, mentioning there were only 30 seats. Because of this, I proceeded with the early-bird booking and paid ₹4, 838.
Since the program dates didn’t work for me, I informed them that I wouldn’t be able to attend for the next two months. They still insisted I join their orientation the next day, which I did. During the orientation, they clearly mentioned that the sessions would be conducted live every Saturday and Sunday for two hours, along with daily live Q&A sessions.
Immediately after this, I told the representative that I wouldn’t be able to commit for the next two months and that a six-month weekend schedule was not feasible for me. I requested a refund of my payment. They repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the seat reserved instead of canceling. Was this information helpful? |
