Dear Consumer Forum,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Be10x, and the individuals Aditya Goenka and Aditya Kachave, regarding their failure to provide a refund for a program registration fee.
On 11th May 2025, I paid ₹4383.04 as a registration fee towards a course offered by Be10x. Despite the payment, I have not received any login credentials, course access, or communication from their team regarding the program's commencement. This delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable.
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact them via phone, but I have only received automated responses, with no human follow-up or support.
After researching online, I discovered numerous posts and complaints on consumer forums and complaint portals indicating that Be10x has allegedly been running similar schemes for years, misleading consumers with fake marketing tactics and then failing to deliver the promised services. Many have reported never receiving course access or refunds, raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of the operation.
This pattern strongly suggests fraudulent behavior intended to exploit consumers. I therefore request an immediate refund of my payment and demand that necessary action be taken against Be10x, Aditya Goenka, and Aditya Kachave for their deceptive practices.
