I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Be10x, an online education platform, for engaging in deceptive practices and failing to refund my course fee despite repeated follow-ups.
I enrolled in a course offered by Be10x in January 2025, under the impression that it would involve live, interactive sessions and doubt-clearing support, as advertised. However, after joining, I discovered that:
All sessions are pre-recorded, with no live classes.
There is no provision for doubt-clearing or direct interaction with mentors.
The support team has been unresponsive or evasive when I raised concerns.
Despite repeated follow-ups and refund requests, no action has been taken, and my fees remain unreturned.
This conduct amounts to misrepresentation, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practice, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I believe I am entitled to a full refund of my fees and compensation for the time and mental distress caused.
