Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a formal complaint against Be10x for harassment and unfair trade practices.
After attending their seminar/course, their representatives started repeatedly calling me from different numbers, including late hours. On Monday, I received a call at around 9:00 PM. When I clearly informed them that I was not interested, the caller behaved rudely and spoke in an insulting manner, asking why I was “behaving like this.”
Despite clearly stating that I am not interested, they continued pressuring me to enroll in their course. They made statements such as:
“You will not get a job for one year.”
“You will remain stuck here.”
Offering sudden “discounts” and asking me to pay later in installments.
Sending payment links via message and forcing me to click on them.
This behavior is completely unprofessional, misleading, and amounts to harassment. I feel mentally disturbed and pressured by their repeated calls and threatening language.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take strict action against these fraudulent and unethical practices and ensure such companies do not harass consumers in this manner.
I am willing to provide call records and message screenshots as proof if required.
