I recently purchased the mastery class where they promised me a 5year subscription of MS Office and 2-year subscription of ChatGPT 4.0 which I did not get access to despite filling several forms and writing emails they even didn't respond when I call then they said, we will resolve soon.

The level of the content is also very basic and is not meeting the promises.

Take necessary actions on founders as they are making false promises and creating FOMO in customer to purchase course.

and being a student, I know the value to time, money and education in this modern era they made false promises to me and played with my emotions so please take some Strict action against them and if possible then refund my fee.
