Be10x — I am complaining about the Be10x AI mastery course

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the online course I recently enrolled in. The course, titled AI Mastery Course. failed to meet the standards I expected and was far below the level of quality promised.

I had attended the AI tools workshop led by

on 25th Feb 2024 with aspirations that I could further excel my career.

They promised a lot of things related to AI and excelling at ones career as part of the the workshop including their AI Mastery Program which did appear legit following which I made a payment of Rs.14396 towards their AI Mastery Course. [Snip included]

When I later accessed their course over their webportal https://learn.be10x.in/

mainly for the Premium Version of Chat GPT4 and the AI enabled Microsoft office 365 which are ideally paid services however they claimed would be provided at a discounted fee, such was not the case and the links provided for these aforementioned products were to either already free sites that were already available on the internet and the MS office appeared as a demo version rather than the actual software.

The ChatGPT created by Be10x is nothing like ChatGPT 3.5 let alone ChatGPT 4 and the output is simply text based [images included]

I feel cheated and has cased me mental unrest and as a consumer, I expect accountability, and a commitment to delivering on the promises made during the course enrollment process.

In light of these issues, I kindly request a refund for the course fees as I believe this is a fair resolution that acknowledges the shortcomings of the initial course offering.
