Be10x — request for support in refund from be10x

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with Team "Be10X" regarding their training program and refund process.

I attended a session hosted by Mr. Aditya Goenka and Mr. Aditya Kachave, where they proposed a "Master AI" training program with lucrative job offers. During the session, they requested a payment of 10% of the total fees, promising a no-questions-asked refund policy. Later that evening, I received a call from Mr. Vishal Yadav, who strongly persuaded me to pay 100% of the program fees (₹33, 838) with a 12-month no-cost EMI option.

Feeling pressured due to the constant follow-up calls, I made the full payment of ₹33, 838. However, after conducting further research, I found numerous complaints against "Be10X." Concerned about the credibility of the program, I decided not to attend any sessions and requested a refund just a week later.

Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them for a refund. While they assured me that the amount would be refunded, I have not received it to date.

I have a voice recording of Mr. Vishal Yadav confirming the 100% refund policy. However, Mr. Vishal is now unresponsive, and his contact numbers are often unreachable.
