fake promises and fake marketing

Be10X is a scam. Founders talk absolute [censored] in the webinar and promise the learners a lot that they have a telegram community of 9L with top CXOs of the organization and learners who purchased the course of around 14, 999 will get a personalized coaching and allot dedicated mentors throughout the program. When I purchased the program and asked the telegram link, initially they sent me some random link of Be10x with a group of 13k instead...

Not returning the half amount paid for subscription for mastery program

I attended the Be10X workshop in which they lured us so much that I purchased their subscription for 7200 by paying half amount in which they said that they you will be given free bonus for chatgpt 4 and many other tools. I am not pursuing this course due to some reasons and want my refund

Hi, I have attended the workshop in the workshop they mentioned their premium course on data analysis but due to my other priorities I am not able to attend the course and also the promises made for the course are majorly false. I have written to them but they are mentioning they can't refund the amount. I am not using any of the services, so why should I pay I am expecting a refund of Rs 7198/-...

This organization has simply looted 14396/- from me showing many courses in their Webinars. They promised to give Microsoft 365 access for 5 years.
I am not able to access anything in the Microsoft 365 login that they provided.

Digital marketing has opened door for these white collar scammers. Backed up by some renowned families these young age scammers are looting money in terms of teaching AI Tool. They content is below standard and in the name of giving massive discounts they are provding below standard how to videos.

These guys not only using the names of prestigious institutions like IIT KGP and Stanford in selling their below standard content.

The strategy is quite simple calling everyone for a 10 rupee workshop and selling below standard content for 12k. They do not refund saying the content is best. Whereas they only make false promises.

      On April 23, 2024, I purchased a "Mastery Course" from Be10X, enticed by their representative, Mr. Avik Saha's promise of lifetime access to ChatGPT 4 with plugins. However, upon receiving the course, I discovered it only integrated with AI Gyaan's GPT, not ChatGPT 4 as assured. Despite multiple attempts to contact Mr. Saha for clarification and resolution, he remained unresponsive. This misrepresentation led to a loss of ₹5, 000 and significant frustration. The discrepancy between the promised and delivered product constitutes fraud, as Be10X misrepresented their offering to induce the purchase. As a result, I've suffered financial harm and emotional distress. I believe this warrants investigation as it signifies a pattern of deceptive practices by Be10X and its representative.

        Take necessary actions on founders as they are making false promises and creating FOMO in customer to purchase course.
        I want my fees back and strict actions to those involve in scam.
