Want to complain on what was promised to us for Course and Tools they provide

We were promised to get ChatGPT Plus version and Office 365 for 24 months. But when I used Chatgpt it just a free version with very delayed response. With fake promises they lured me to pay 14396. I attended the office master Power BI workshop costing Rs.117. Which was a prerecorded session and in the whole session they lured me to buy the course, and just gave 10 mins to make payment. Useless AI mastery course for which I need a refund

fake promises and fake marketing

Be10X is a scam. Founders talk absolute [censored] in the webinar and promise the learners a lot that they have a telegram community of 9L with top CXOs of the organization and learners who purchased the course of around 14, 999 will get a personalized coaching and allot dedicated mentors throughout the program. When I purchased the program and asked the telegram link, initially they sent me some random link of Be10x with a group of 13k instead...

I am not pursuing this course due to some reasons and want my refund

Hi, I have attended the workshop in the workshop they mentioned their premium course on data analysis but due to my other priorities I am not able to attend the course and also the promises made for the course are majorly false. I have written to them but they are mentioning they can't refund the amount. I am not using any of the services, so why should I pay I am expecting a refund of Rs 7198/-...
