Be10x — They have not refunded my money and also did not respond timely on email

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern regarding BE10x, which I believe has indulged in unethical and misleading practices, causing financial and emotional distress.

I recently attended a workshop hosted by BE10x, where I was charged a joining fee of ₹10. The session was advertised as a “live and interactive workshop, ” but to my disappointment, it turned out to be a pre-recorded session, contrary to their claims.

Following this, I was asked to pay an additional ₹4, 838 as a course joining fee. Trusting their claims, I made the payment. However, after enrolling, I was asked to pay an additional ₹28, 000 to proceed further with the course. This was not disclosed initially, and I believe this constitutes misrepresentation.

When I raised concerns and requested a refund via email, the organization failed to provide a satisfactory resolution and instead delayed the matter unnecessarily. Their behavior has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.

I request the following actions:
1. Immediate refund of the ₹4, 838 paid by me.
2. An investigation into BE10x’s practices to prevent others from being misled.
3. Appropriate action against the organization for false advertising and unethical behavior.

I have attached all relevant payment receipts and email correspondence for your reference. I trust you will take prompt action to address this grievance.
