[Resolved] Beam Telecom / Act — issue regarding new connection.

This is Aman from Hyderabad. I had applied for a new connection on 5th Jan, 2019 by payinh
g 800 and the executive person name Azeem told that i would get the connection within 48 hours. I got wiring done 4 days ago by another executive called Vijay and he said within 12 hours, we both will receive an SMS and he would activate the account. After 4 hours of wiring done, i got the sms and since the i have been calling him, but he is not.picking up the call. I have raised ticket to customer care and they told me that i would connection within 24 hours. Since then i keep calling customer care daily regrading that... They always ask for 24 hours. I am still with no connection. Yesterday i talked to their supervisor Prithvi Raj who assured me by calling back that today by 2 pm, i will get the connection. They assigned this task to some.new guy called Prabhakar. I called them again at 2 pm and they were still asking for 24 hours. I am feeling helpless as i need internet connection for my office purpose. They always say that they escalate the issue but i don't see difference and there is no communication also from that side if i don't call. I am feeling helpless in this situation. Please help me so that i can get the connection as fast as possible. This is a mental harassment. Please take some strict actions so that they wont give trouble to other customers too. Thanks
