[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — multiple complaints | |||
I wanted to bring up my complaint on not getting my internet services and other issues addressed. - the internet is down for more than 3 days (Since april 17th 2019) and every time i call the customer care, i am being told this will be taken care on top priority and will be done the same day. Here i am writing my frustration after 3 days. - there has been frequent intermittent connection issues when the power goes off. I have registered a complaint for this multiple times this year and i am being told every time that a permanent fix would be done and yet this issue continues. - act has to reimburse the power and rent charges for storing their junction box at my premises and making use of my place, security and power. This fee is pending for more than 5 years now. Act has made may one month payment of around rs.50 which is better to not receive. I need the entire arrears to be paid. - most of the times i encounter some unprofessional behavior from act customer care. Today again, some customer care guy who wasn’t even able to converse with me put my call on hold to check what the issue was and after a couple of minutes disconnected the call. This clearly shows the unprofessional behavior of the act customer care and their willingness to support their customers. There is no option available to close the account from Mobile App. It is hard to reach customer support. Need to wait for more than 10mins to connect with customer support even if we dial in using the mobile number.
