[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — my connection is deactivated without my consent | |||
I am very disappointed to see such a bad service from your company. I was actually having two connections and requested for deactivation of one connection at nellore because you could not provide service to my new address at nellore. But apart from deactivating my nellore connection, you have also deactivated my visakhapatnam connection without my consent and also despite of me communicating with you several times and explaining the mistake done by you... You have been just closing my complaints in a brainless manner just to close the complaint quickly. I have tried to contact the customer service but could not connect despite waiting for 30 minutes on the phone line... You people are trying to discourage the customers...
