[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund / worst response | |||
Dear sir This is to inform you that, i have cancelled my act connection (A/c #[protected] on 27th april 2019 and opted for refund. But till now nothing happened from your end. I would like to bring to your notice the following 1. No one has called or visited our house for explaining how to connect to phone or pc after repeated requests also 2. For cancellation also i raised queries en number of times 3. For refund also same problem. This was a worst experience from act. I once again request you to refund my amount immediately.
