1. On 17th august, I received my order no.[protected], a hand held
vacuum cleaner, which was broken and non-functional.
2. On 18th august, I informed bhaap.com via email of this fact.
3. On 19th august, their customer service dept (cs) emailed me asking
for a photo of the damaged product.
4. On 23rd this photo was provided to them. Thereafter there was no
communication from their side.

I have attached herewith the correspondences with Bhaap.com, which is self explanatory! As u can see, I hv been debited the amount & given assurances of delivery but it is over 3 months but I have not received my order! Bhaap.com is obviously a scamster! Beware! Please take required action against this cheating portal!

I HAD ORDERED FOR A COMPUTER SLIP BAG THROUGH BHAAP.COM BY MAKING FULL PAYMENT TO THEM BY CREDIT CARD. INSPITE OF MY SEVERAL REMINDERS TO THEM I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE BAG.AND WHAT IS MOST DISTURBING IS THAT INITIALLY THEY WERE REPLYING TO MY MAILS. BUT LATELY THEY HAVE STOPPED DOING THAT EVEN.

I FEEL THEY ARE A FRAUD ORGANISATION AND INNOCENT BUYERS LIKE US ARE TAKEN FOR A RIDE, THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE NOT PUT THEIR CONTACT PHONE...

I placed an Order at Bhaap.com on July 9, 2012 and got the Following Confirmation from Bhaap.com :

I ordered Diesel Plus Men's EDT Cologne & in return I received a Diesel Plus Plus Feminine which is not of any use to me....
It seems like they have shipped WHAT EVER was available with them....
No Customer Care Number is available...
Wrote couple of e-mails to them but no response...
I sincerely doubt on the genuineness of this online shopping portal...

I have ordered Bergner 3 Pieces Non Stick Teflon Cook set from Bhaap.com online shopping. I have received material on 24th Aug, 2012 through AFL courier, but it is not Bergner non stick cookware it was Katrina local brand. It is totally broken piece and chipped also. They have sent me wrong cookware.I have been cheated by Bhaap.com also they have replying through email.

I have order Bergner 3 Piece Non-Stick Teflon Cookware Set on Bhaap.com website, date 15th of August 2012. I have paid full amount through my credit card. But after 10 days I was shock to see that product which I receive. That was local Katrina make cook and serve 3rd grade set. I feel they have cheated me.

I have placed an order with Bhaap.com vide order #[protected]placed on April 3, 2012 12:40:23 PM IST) for
Sony DRPQ7iP PIIQ Headphones with Volume Controls (Red).

Payment had already made to the company for Rs.990.00 inclusive taxes (online payment). They confirmed the order on email and the amount was also debited from my account. They have not sent me the product and are not replying to any emails. Their address...

I ordered a product (Philips Headphone) with order id[protected] on 4/28/12 from Bhaap.com. The company states that it delivers the orders within 15 days of purchase, however I haven't received my order yet. Also there are no contact details beside email id on the website of the company. There is not update of the order. Please help....

I had received and email (attached) from a website www.bhaap.com. Accordingly i purchased the product from them on 14th March 2012 thru my credit card.
