My experience with Bhanzu has been a complete letdown. Beyond the promised expertise in math education, the company consistently fails to deliver on its commitments.

One major issue is the constant rotation of teachers assigned to my child. This inconsistency disrupts the learning process, making any academic progress nearly impossible. Moreover, Bhanzu's frequent last-minute cancellations, citing vague "technical difficulties, " only add to the frustration, leaving my child without scheduled lessons.

Shockingly, some instructors provided by Bhanzu lack a basic understanding of fundamental mathematical concepts. Imagine hearing a teacher claim that circles have edges. This not only questions the company's screening process but also raises serious concerns about the competence of their instructors.

Despite Bhanzu's assurance of a refund policy, the reality is quite different. The relationship counselor assigned to my case continuously delays the refund process, leaving me in perpetual frustration and financial loss.
