Bhanzu — cancel and refund bhanzu classes

We enrolled for Bhanzu's Online Math classes - 150 classes batch (1-4 kids group classes) and attended the webinar where we were told how the missed classes will be dealt with. Kid has to watch these missed classes on pre-recorded video and course of 1.5 year had only one long pause - which makes it entirely difficult. Even the school curriculum has 2 or 3 Term breaks within a year. We were also informed during Webinar that after long pause new teacher will be assigned - again not suitable for us. So I asked for Individual classes package. Getting in touch with Bhanzu is extremely difficult after the enrolment process is over - especially if it has to do with issues like refund or cancellations.

I had raised very next day - about not being interested to go further as package provided for individual classes were way too high.

It has been a month already - my money is stuck and I am left with following up with Bhanzu over WhatsApp - where there is no accountability from there side - nor a time proposed for the update.

Worst part being the Bhanzu team showing absolute urgency during enrolment process and ghost you completely once the money is in. They don't have proper channel for communication. The helpdesk email provided doesn't help much - neither does the phone-helpline number. Not a single call was returned, however I did get a call from Bhanzu end mentioning about the promotion or new classes they are coming up with - so surely doesn't look like man-power issue. Seems most of the man-power is only towards getting client and once money is in, you are stuck with no-updates.
We didn't attend a single class and asking for a full refund as they didn't disclose all the details in their first demo when they rushed us into enrolment. It's already a month passed and they are still holding money and refusing to resolve issue or provide proper update.
