Bhanzu — Cancellation of the Classes

I had enrolled for Bhanzu classes during the Summer Break and they promised that we can cancel the classes easily once 20 sessions are completed, ITs been 2 months now that I am following up with their team to cancel the classes as my EMI is getting deducted every month but there is no progress no action whatsoever.
