Hi, My name is Chinmay Pandya. I had enrolled my daughter at Bhanzu Maths classes under the pretext that they will be teaching SpeedMath Skills and other Math skills over the next 1.5 years. Bhanzu had made a commitment to quality and satisfaction and I am attaching all documents and communication with Bhanzu. I have communicated them 3 weeks back that I am not satisfied with their services and asked for a refund but I have not got any ETA...

My Daughter was unable to follow the classes provided by Bhanzu and attended only 10 classes. I payed for 30 classes AED 1800 and asked for a refund for the classess which are not attending. It is now more than one month they are delaying. They even blocked my access of their study materials without giving a refund.

I had enrolled for Bhanzu classes during the Summer Break and they promised that we can cancel the classes easily once 20 sessions are completed, ITs been 2 months now that I am following up with their team to cancel the classes as my EMI is getting deducted every month but there is no progress no action whatsoever. This company is a fraud....

I have join bhanzu for my daughter grad 2 paid $2000 australian about 1, 20, 000 indian.
They have changed my daughters class time without asking and did not resolved they change for 2 months now.upon requesting refund they do not answer phone or cal you back.
Can you advise how can i take this legal.

This is to inform that my Neelkantha Bhanu prakash and his company bhanzu are fraud and scam..
Their representatives compel you to enroll k the course. They keep on calling and pleading you making your life miserable
And due to this I also enrolled ..but when I am asking for refund they are not taking any actions..
I paid 3000/- as down payment and 39000/- was divided into emi..
Despite of approaching them so many...

This is to inform that Mr Neelkantha Bhanu Prakash is running a fraud company named Bhanzu..
Their representatives force you to enroll for the course .. for which I have proof also..the guy messaged me in wts app that he will loose his job if I do not enroll..also stated that there will be no question refund

Hi,
Bhanzu has been debiting my amount and from bank account, after discontinuing the course and not reverting the money back. Such a fraud was happening on the middle class people....

This is regarding the fraud done by Bhanzu. I enrolled my daughter with Bhanzu in December, 2022 (Batch No DMW-1344). At the time of enrollment they promised that if we are not satisfied by these classes then after 20 classes we can easily withdraw from the course and they will refund the amount. They have charged Rs 40, 500 for 150 classes though a shop se platform, in which they informed that there will be a debit of Rs 2246.29 every month...

We had enrolled our daughter Harshita Singh for Bhanzu classes in Nov-01, 2022. As per agreement we agreed to cancel the classes after 20 session if we not satisfied with Bhanzu classes. Bhanzu conducting 2 classes every week for one hour for math. For 75 classes they charging approx Rs. 60000.

They call you and register you. provide a demo. do an exam quiz. do an onboarding, welcome call, take the money in installments, do the session arrangement and then finally disappear. bhanzu has taken all the money and no replying on support or any other whatsapp number. the course will continue with 20 classes until all the installments are completed. after that they will disappear. its basic maths they provide to show they are authentic. but the website, email and contact number all is fake.

Guys, I urge all of you who have been deceived off their money just like me to post on Linkedin and various other social media platforms. It is disheartening to observe the lack of responsiveness from Bhanzu, and I believe it is imperative to raise awareness about such incidents. By collectively raising awareness, we can ensure that others are not susceptible to the same unfortunate experiences. it is crucial to convey to Bhanzu that they cannot operate without accountability or consequences for their actions.

I am writing this with lot of depression that Bhanzu created to me. I have enrolled my kid in June 1st week with the course value of rs. 46299.bhanzu marketing executive converted the course value to no cost emi option. I was little hesitant to pay the full amount upfront so they promised me that after 20 sessions i can cancel the enrollment. Fee of attended sessions will be deducted and remaining money will be refunded.
