Bhanzu — Disappointment with Customer Service and Account Management

I signed up my kids for an online education program and, unfortunately, faced multiple challenges that led to an overall disappointing experience. The initial process involved using two different emails for my kids - one for my wife and another for myself. Looking back, I realize this should've been a warning sign of the complexities to come.

I always strive to be in control of my children’s education, which led me to make multiple requests. I sought to adjust the timing of their lessons and also to have my own contact information set as the primary point of contact. These requests were never addressed, leaving me unable to access my son's account or receive any emails with lesson links. The recurring explanation was that there was a delay due to a high volume of parent requests, which was rather disconcerting.

An agent was supposed to help change the email accounts and reschedule the lesson times. However, this ended up being a fruitless endeavor as the changes were never implemented and the agent even confused my children's schedules. After this interaction, there was no follow-up from this agent. Since asking for my money refunded for my son's lessons all communication with this company has ceased.

The agent who managed my sign-up process, named Tania Sultana, initially promised to be available for any issues I faced. But in reality, she hasn't responded to my recent concerns.

Despite these frustrations, my daughter's account functioned smoothly, and she's been genuinely enjoying her lessons. The teaching staff has been commendable and is not the source of my dissatisfaction. Instead, the root issue appears to be inefficient customer service and an unresponsive account management team.

While my daughter’s positive experience is worth noting, I've decided not to re-enroll her for future lessons due to the overall poor service. I'm sharing this as a cautionary tale for other potential customers considering this program.
