Bhanzu — Enrollment cancellation and close monthly emi account through Shopse

Yesterday only i have shared a transaction screenshot for your reference from shopse, from Vinita Tyagi - contact No- [protected] .

I have enrolled my ward Bhavya Tyagi class 7, But after enrollment i have asked your representative to cancel the enrollement, bcz i am enable to pay the Monthly emi bcz we already have to pay monthly emi through the same account,

But i am not getting any satisfactory reply nor any resolution from any of your representative either Suranjan Chatterjee nor Mr.Prasad hegde,

In case i am not getting any resolution within 24 hours, This will be a dent on your image and i will escalate this issue to regulatory bodies and consumer forum .

and take legal action against you, bcz i have all the proofs with me . And several emails i have already sent to you and Shopse nodal officer .
