Bhanzu — Fake refund commitment from costly online match portal

Very bad service.
They start the program saying you would get refund if you choose to cancel after 20 classes. Every child is different etc. But then when you actually raise concern they turn deaf to you and select Whatsapp as mode of communication.
I enrolled my child in last year. And then by October I informed them that I do not wish to continue. In between there were numerous class reschedules, class reschedules etc.
So their sales executives reached to me convincing me about their service and providing the best teacher. So we started our classes again in Jan. But again we did not like it. So we informed them. Since last 3 months they are not responding to the refund request. They are getting back on whatspp and giving me lame excuses like I do not meet attendance criteria.
It is a trick from their end. When I informed them in October 2023, they never paused the class for me. But in background HR was talking to me, so I trusted their sweet glib talk.
The charges are very high. And at the end you will never get a refund. So think twice before enrolling.

Attended classes - 23 (as per portal)
Intimated first in October, restarted in Jan. Again intimated and discontinued. They should have stopped calculation of classes from October/January as we paused restarted. But coming back in whatsapp without proper details is lame.
Ms. Sureka kept reaching over whatsapp, and most communication is there.

Expectation - To keep their commitment as provide refund considering first intimation date (and 2 days in Jan)
This is wrong to commit to refund and then not pause batches (which is their technical issue) and then raising attendance issue out of nothing. They should have told me this in october.
Policy - Cancellation after 20 classes
But now I am being told I do not meet criteria.
