Bhanzu — misleading refund information.

During the briefing, I had clearly asked the lady who has done the assessment if I can withdraw anytime I think I need to. She said “yes, you can withdraw and get your refund anytime you want” but now I am struggling to have my money back. They are setting a condition which is “ We consider and entertain refund requests only after a lock-in of 20 sessions. The student must complete all the assignments and participate in the activities as per the instructions given by the trainer. Furthermore, at the time of raising the refund request, the student must have an aggregate attendance percentage of 80 percent or more of the main scheduled classes, in order to be eligible for a refund. If and only if all the above conditions are met, a refund request can be raised which will be processed, whereby we deduct the fee for the elapsed classes.”
This is to bring to your kind notice that the refund for the course can be processed only if the child fulfils the above said eligibility criteria.
In your case, the eligibility criteria is not fulfilled which leads to disqualification of your refund request.”

Who are they to set these rules to their customers? They are not a proper school to act like this.

I won’t agree to it. How my son will finish all these if he is not interested and not willing to learn their technique. Refund shouldn’t be this hard.
