Bhanzu — No enrolment after payment made

Bhanzu math class is complete scam, before I enroll my children for the class they always bombard me with calls but after the enrollment one was allocated to a class while the other was not, i make complaint via mails and whatsapp, they promised to get across but never did, at some point one of the official responded that they are unable to reach, i could not put regular call through to them, they never pick whatapp call, i requested for refund but said i can only get a refund after attending 20 classes and 40% assignment, which is not possible because she was not allocated to ant class
