Bhanzu — Non-Receipt of Refund after cancellation

Hi, My name is Chinmay Pandya. I had enrolled my daughter at Bhanzu Maths classes under the pretext that they will be teaching SpeedMath Skills and other Math skills over the next 1.5 years. Bhanzu had made a commitment to quality and satisfaction and I am attaching all documents and communication with Bhanzu. I have communicated them 3 weeks back that I am not satisfied with their services and asked for a refund but I have not got any ETA from them about the refund nor the refund amount etc. They do not pick my calls easily and ask me to contact other teams to get more details There is no proper escalation channel and it seems like a scam which needs to be investigated by higher authorities. I have fulfilled the formalities as mentioned in the guarantee certificate provided by them and expecting refund by now. With this complaint, I am attaching the communication and payment screenshot with Transaction Reference# and I want authorities to help me on the case as early as possible. Thank you !
