Bhanzu — Not cancelling the subscription & stop the EMI

I registered my son Shibanshu Roy in Bhanzu in November 23, but any how I am not satisfied with actual performance vs the commitment done by Bhanzu. So I applied for subscription cancellation in first week of May 24.(Asper agreement we can cancel subscription anytime after 20 classes), That time Learning Experience Manager told to continue for one month & they promise to serve better but no improvement observed. So I again mailed to cancel the subscription in 27 th June 2024.but now they are not responding.Regularly I sent reminder but no results.Now I just want to cancel the subscription by any means.
