Bhanzu — not cancelling the subscription & stoping the emi; no response. new prototype fraud

I registered my son Amrit Bebarta in Bhanzu in 6th January'2024, when studying in the class-VIII. He had started his classe and attended 20classes. But I was not satisfied with actual performance vs the commitment done by Bhanzu. The academics taught now is taught in class 6th standard which he already knew and completely lost his interest. I informed Bhanzu customer service team about and was ensured about the refund. And I applied for subscription cancellation on 21st May 24.(Asper agreement we can cancel subscription anytime after 20 classes), That time Learning Experience Manager told to continue for another 02weeks to complete the 80% & then the process will be taken up. Upon completion, he had stopped the classes. I again mailed and informed as there is no contact no to contact them. The very peculiar phenomena is that U cannot contact them after the registration process is over, only mail can be sent and they will respond to your calls in their will and pleasue. Then, they contacted and said that they will look into this matter. In the mean time, their marketing team again approached several times to continue in the 9th grade without cancelling, which I refused and asked them to cancel. From then, I had I again mailed them regarding the cancellation of the subscription from 10th July 2024. but now they are not responding. Repeated reminders are sent, but no results. Now I just want to cancel the subscription by any means. EMI is also not stopped as we had been trapped in a very dubious manner by taking a loan through HDFC bank from SHOPSE. Bhanzu has not given us any EMI Facility. Due to this, I had to pay the bounce charges in the HDFC Bank. Now, the position is such you have to clear them every month even i[censored] are not going to take up the classes. THIS IS A NEW PROTOTYPE FRAUD.
