I'm writing this with utmost sadness, seeing the kind of service the entire team of BHANZU provide to the Customers/Parents.
It's been more than 3 months following a simple request for cancellation. If you go back and check the calls made from our side to your term, there would be more than 50+(Given you have the ability to track the same). I am still getting the same repeated line that the request has been raised to the concerned team or "Higher Management." I'm not sure how busy your higher management is :( :( as they didn't get time to resolve a simple query in the last 3 months.
Yesterday(16 Sept 2023), my call was put on hold for almost an hour without an answer, and I kept waiting for any feedback. I'm asking, do anyone of you have the patience to be online for such a LONG TIME?? I did because I'm TRAPPED now. The fee was financed, and now they are continuously chasing me to make the payment or share the cancellation note.
I'm frustrated, and now it's leading to mental harassment.
