Bhanzu — Refund and stoppage of classes

We have been requesting the customer support for stoppage of classes and also refund of the payment. The Bhanzu Team has been very unprofessional and have delayed the entire process. The experience has been very disappointing.

while for admission their are so many classes from various sales team, junior, senior, regional etc but when it comes to issues or request, No one is available or either we get a delayed response and a clear NO for all requests.
