Enrolled my son when we were in SG. Knowing my sons dyslexic condition the teachers helped him. Suddenly we had moved to India. We cant continue as we are doing different intervention. He completed 50 lessons. 100 lessons left. Asking for withdrawl and refund. But no one is doing it. Many calls, msgs, mails.. such a say light cheat..
Initially while signing up they said nothing to worry, he need not do all the worksheets.. jus attend basic 20 lessons and its a hassle free withdraw and refund in 14days. Now its more than 1 Yr, I'm asking for refund. People dissappear, give different reasons that I'm not eligible for refund. Was this information helpful? |
