This is regarding the fraud done by Bhanzu. I enrolled my daughter with Bhanzu in December, 2022 (Batch No DMW-1344). At the time of enrollment they promised that if we are not satisfied by these classes then after 20 classes we can easily withdraw from the course and they will refund the amount. They have charged Rs 40, 500 for 150 classes though a shop se platform, in which they informed that there will be a debit of Rs 2246.29 every month for next 18 months from my account but what they have done instead of ECS or EMI they have taken a loan in my name from my bank for the whole amoun tand now the bank is recovering the installments.
when I apprached them for cancellation of classes, they are not initiating any process and keep saying our team is working on the same and will get back to you.
