Bhanzu — Refund not received

I am disappointed with the overall experience I have gone through Bhanzu. There is no clear communication and there is no faculty to teach as well. I have called 100 times and then they said they will refund the amount. I have opted for 185 sessions and till date they have not refunded the money. As per agreement we agreed to cancel the classes after 18 session if we are not satisfied with Bhanzu classes. Bhanzu conducting 2 classes every week for one hour for math. Inspite of issues with Bhanzu not having enough resources still they are deducting the money for the sessions conducted. There is no fair policy and I need a 100% refund. Appreciate to resolve this issue.
