Bhanzu — Refund not recieved

On 22nd September 2024, 5.30 PM (BST), my son attended the free demo session given by Bhanzu. After the demo session the academic coordinator spoke with us about the course and payment details. They posed as if they are registered in UK and charged me in GBP. He initially said 1300 GBP for 10 months. At the end he convinced us by offering 675GBP if the fee is paid during the demo session itself. We paid the amount. But within 48 hrs, we intimated Bhanzu that we are not going forward with the session due to personal reasons. From 24th September until date, there is no proper response from Bhanzu regarding my refund. A ticket has already been raised.

We tried to call academic coordinator but he was also not picking up the call stating he is busy. He responded after repeated messages and said the Backend team takes care of the refund and payment process and that he will send an email to them and they will contact us. But nobody contacted us. We then asked him, but he told us that we need to raise a ticket in the helpdesk in whatsapp customer support. We raised that. Each time some person calls and says they will tell the relevant person to call back and they are gone. Like this until Oct 2, nobody contacted us.

On Oct 3, I raised a chat in customer support and after several hours a person who claims to be the Manager of Bhanzu contacted me. We spoke and he started telling new stories about Policy and refund which contradicted what the coordinator told us initially during the demo session and before we made payment and refused to refund.

It has been 3 weeks now. I have not received any proper update from Bhanzu regarding my refund. Yesterday a lady called claiming to be the senior manager. She had a lot of background noise. They are forcing and harassing the child to attend 20 sessions to apply for the refund, when the child cannot attend a single session due to personal reasons. She said she will send an email regarding this to us. But we never received it.
She also told me she will call back in 10 minutes, but never called us back. What is happening with my money? I will not leave Bhanzu to cheat me with that big money.

Please do not SCAM people and cheat them. I saw all the bad reviews against Bhanzu on social media and it seems I am not alone here. Lots of other people have been cheated by Bhanzu.

I will not easily let Bhanzu get away with my money. I need help in getting my refund.
