Bhanzu — Refund not returned after Cancellation of classes

We had enrolled our daughter Harshita Singh for Bhanzu classes in Nov-01, 2022. As per agreement we agreed to cancel the classes after 20 session if we not satisfied with Bhanzu classes. Bhanzu conducting 2 classes every week for one hour for math. For 75 classes they charging approx Rs. 60000.

From December 21, they declared class vacation till Dec 31st. After that the teacher frequently taking medical leaves every week and in Jan out of 8 classes only 1 happened. Then we switched to new teacher after request. That teacher also taking medical leaves every week. We frustrated to see so many frequent leaves and there is no continuity in classes. My daughter lost interest now.
I requested Bhanzu team to cancel al further classes and refund my money post deduction of amount conducted for 18 classes. I am chasing for last two weeks . calling multiple times in a day . But every support person just giving me false assurance and they not reverting with any details of when they refund my money. I have recordings and email of all the communication with them. They are not willing to return any money as they stopped providing any progress details.

I had got enrolled my daughter Raj Saundarya Dubey for the sessions of Bhanzu in Feb 23. Due to delays in the confirmation of schedule I got a physical teacher to avoid loss tp my daughter. Later in May 23 Bhanzu approached for starting the session. I wrote several emails to stop the coaching classes of Bhanzu as my daughter couldn't have cope up. They promised to go for 20 sessions and then consider again for stopping of session. I again wrote several emails for DISCONTINUING the subscription as my daughter was not able to cope up the session due to school schedule and tests. Inspite of several emails and calls my subscription is still not stooped shows a very poor approach by the Back up team of Bhanzu. I sincerely request if my subscription he stopped forthwith.
