Bhanzu — Refund not returned for longer time

I am writing this with lot of depression that Bhanzu created to me. I have enrolled my kid in June 1st week with the course value of rs. 46299.bhanzu marketing executive converted the course value to no cost emi option. I was little hesitant to pay the full amount upfront so they promised me that after 20 sessions i can cancel the enrollment. Fee of attended sessions will be deducted and remaining money will be refunded.

After 26 classes i have requested for course cancellation on Nov 1. They didn't give me any details on the refund process after multiple follow up calls. 29th November after hard discussion with Aditi from customer support team Bibaz from grievance team has sent email with details as course value 46299. number of sessions paid for 150, number of classes completed 26, cost per session 308 and credit exhausted 8025.16. On nov 1, i was told refund process would take 3 to 4 weeks, longer time is due to the automated process. But after a month time wait and then daily follow calls i was told that there is an issue with the automated process and they need additional two to three working days to refund the money, this was happened on December 3 and they collected my account details. December 3 I was asking for the refund amount details but that was not clarified. finally again after long conversation they sent me the refund details. The details shared are course value as 46299, credits exhausted 8025, loan amount 40921 and refund amount is 32896. The person who responded was Bibaz. when I ask for the clarification of difference in refund amount he was not sure and he told me he will check and get back to me but that didnt happened for almost 2 days. Actual refund amount should be[protected].16 = 38274. still don't understand why there is a hidden charges. Daily I'm calling bhanzu to get the refund amount, they simply answer me saying your amount will be credited the next day please wait I understand your issue. Today is December 7 now they say process would take again 5 to 7 working days due to some internal issue. I don't have any other contact than the customer support. I'm following up with bhanzu to get my hard earned money nearing to 2 months now. there are lot of conversations happening between the customer support team Aditi, grievance team bibaz and finance team Toshure but no solution for the refund including the difference in refund amount as well.

Even today team has promised that they will send out email looping me escalating the issue for speedy process. None of the words shared by any of the bhanzu team is executed.

I have asked for the next level of contact which was denied to share with me. May i request to get my money 38274 refunded at the earliest? Bhanzu has really eaten my time, money and energy.

Looking forward the solution and not reasons for further delay
